In today's marketplace,the essence of the management systems implemented by clothing companies lays on as the ultimate goal that high quality and efficient process management. the best process management is to emphasize on the international competition and customer satisfaction,to provide a competitive advantage necessitates organizing all the processes demanding a minimum time so as to provide maximum benefit,which add value to the products. with this study,in the clothing industry for the high quality production processes in discussed in order to measure and increase the productivity and what kind of improvements can be done in production processes have been tried to be observed. these observations are evaluated computationally with the help of the network plan methods.
