A close relationship is known to exist in the ready-made clothing sector between manpower and production quality. as knowledge and skills qualification of the employees increases,quality of the product produced will enhance,and the sector will become stronger in national and international markets. the study aims to apply an in-service training programme oriented to enhancing the quality in an establishment that produces men's clothing,and to determine views of the employees regarding quality. a questionnaire was prepared to determine views of the employees regarding quality. the questionnaire prepared was applied to the employees before and after training. t-test was applied to determine whether there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest data obtained by means of the questionnaire. as a result of the study,it was determined that there was a positive change in views of the employees regarding quality.
