Parameters affecting pressure comfort performance and measurement of pressure comfort

Today's consumers desire functional clothing with comfort performance which satisfy themselves psychologically and physiologically. pressure comfort which is affected by fabric characteristics,garment size and fit have been identified among the most important demands of consumers. although a garments' performance in terms of heat and moisture transfer is sufficient,it may not be called comfortable if it doesn't provide free mobility of the body. in this paper,effects of material,fabric structure,mechanical properties and garment design on pressure comfort performance and pressure comfort measurement methods were identified and explained in the light of preceding literature.
