Pyridoxine dependent seizures

Four months old baby girl was admitted in intensive care unit in status epilepticus. her birth events were normal. she was having seizures since early neonatal life and fits were uncontrolled with routine anticonvulsants. neuroimaging studies,metabolic work up and septic work up was normal. she had multiple admissions due to seizures. her convulsions were completely controlled with iv pyridoxine,her eeg became normal and all her anticonvulsant medications were weaned off. she was discharged on pyridoxine only and did not develop any convulsions during follow up till now; she is still on same treatment at 2 years of age.
