چکیده
|
Pakistan is confronting increasing incidence of dengue infection. the government of the punjab (pakistan) published guidelines for the management of dengue fever in september 2011. these guidelines resemble those published by world health organization,regional office for south-east asia in 2011 but are not the same as those recommended by world health organization,geneva 2009. the purpose of this review is to discuss the scientific justifications of these guidelines and disease classification in the light of available research.
