Partial pulmonary agenesis in a baby with spinal muscular atrophy - A rare association

Partial unilateral pulmonary agenesis is often diagnosed incidentally or along with multiple congenital malformations; however,its association with werdnig-hoffmann disease is still not documented. this is a case report of isolated unilateral pulmonary agenesis along with type 1 spinal muscular atrophy,diagnosed in a 6 month old female child. institution/ place of work: department of pediatrics,burdwan medical college,burdwan,west bengal,india.
