چکیده
|
Trisomy 21 is the commonest chromosomal disorder associated with mental retardation having a higher incidence of other associated anomalies. a rare association of down's syndrome with hirshsprung's disease and imperforate anus is reported. initially sigmoid colostomy was done for imperforate anus after which abdominal distension and constipation persisted raising the suspicion of hirshsprung's disease which was later on confirmed by biopsy.
