Determinants of lack of clinical competence among senior medical students

Objective: to study the relationship between socio-demographic factors and clinical competence among senior medical students in kemu and to identify the most important determinant of lack of clinical competence in the medical students. results: a total of 100 students (60 cases and 40 controls) were recruited in the study. overall 50% of the total individuals were males and 50% were females. in bivariate analysis the socio-demographic factors found significantly related with clinical competence were burden of theoretical studies,failure of previous examination,hesitation and lack of appreciation.
