اثر توانبخشی شناختی نرم افزار کاپتان لاگ بر توجه و حافظه فعال ( دیداری/ فضایی و شنیداری) بزرگسالان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه همراه با بیش فعالی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی نرم‌افزار توانبخشی شناختی کاپتان لاگ بر توجه و حافظه فعال دیداری فضایی و شنیداری بزرگسالان دارای اختلال نقص توجه همراه با بیش فعالی  (adhd) انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش به صورت آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با دوره پیگیری یک ماهه اجرا شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه بزرگسالان 18 تا 40 ساله دارای اختلال adhd مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های منطقه 2 شهر تهران در سال 1401 تشکیل می‌داد، که ابتدا یک کلینیک به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده سپس تعداد 24 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان این کلینیک به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (12 نفر) و گروه کنترل (12 نفر) گمارش شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از ابزارهای سنجش مقیاس درجه بندی adhd بزرگسالان بارکلی، آزمون کرسی بلک، آزمون حافظه فعال وکسلر، آزمون بررسی یکپارچه عملکرد دیداری شنیداری و نرم‌افزار شناختی کاپتان لاگ استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش به مدت یک ماه (12 جلسه 45 دقیقه ای) تحت مداخله توانبخش شناختی کاپتان لاگ قرار گرفتند.  نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر نشان داد که آموزش توانبخشی شناختی نرم افزار کاپتان لاگ بر توجه و حافظه فعال دیداری و شنیداری بزرگسالان دارای اختلال adhd موثر است و پیشنهاد می‌گردد  که از این نرم‌افزار در کلینیک های توانبخشی اعصاب و روان، دانشگاها و مشاغلی که نیاز به توجه و حافظه فعال بالایی دارد استفاده گردد. 

effectiveness of captain log cognitive rehabilitation software on attention and visual spatial and auditory active memory of adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of captain log cognitive rehabilitation software on attention and visual spatial and auditory active memory of adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd). this research was conducted as an experiment with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group with a one-month follow-up. the statistical population of the current study consisted of all adults aged 18 to 40 with adhd who referred to the clinics of the 2nd district of tehran in 2022, first a clinic was selected purposefully, then the number of 24 patients of this clinic was randomly selected. they were assigned in two experimental groups (12 people) and control group (12 people). to collect data, barclay’s adult adhd rating scale, black’s chair test, wechsler’s working memory test, integrated visual auditory performance test, and captain log cognitive software were used to collect data. the experimental group underwent cognitive rehabilitation intervention of captain log for one month (12 sessions of 45 minutes). the results of the analysis of variance with repeated measurements showed that the cognitive rehabilitation training of the captain log software is effective on the attention and active visual and auditory memory of adults with adhd and it is suggested that this software be used in neuropsychological rehabilitation clinics, universities and jobs that require it should be used for attention and high active memory.
