تاثیر تصویر مقصد جامعه محلی و اثرات ادراکی گردشگری در حمایت ازسیاستهای گردشگری(مورد مطالعه : ساکنان شهرسمنان)

سیاست های گردشگری به طور گسترده ای زندگی ساکنین محلی را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند.ازسوی دیگر، اثربخشی این سیاستها منوط به مشارکت و حمایت جامعه محلی می باشد. تحقیق حاضر تاثیر تصویر مقصد جامعه محلی و ادراک ایشان نسبت به اثرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی گردشگری را بر حمایت آنها از سیاستگذاری گردشگری در سمنان مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. 340 پرسشنامه بین ساکنین محلی توزیع گردید که در انتها 322 پرسشنامه قابل استفاده جمع آوری و داده های حاصل با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم افزار پی ال اس تحلیل شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تصویر مکان ساکنین بر ادراک ایشان نسبت به اثرات گردشگری و نتیجتا بر حمایت ایشان از سیاست های توسعه گردشگری اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. یافته های تحقیق بیانگر ضرورت ارزیابی اثرات گردشگری بر اساس ادراک ساکنین می باشد زیرا هر چه ایشان اثرات توسعه گردشگری را مطلوبتر بدانند، بیشتر از سیاستگذاری توسعه این صنعت حمایت میکنند. در انتها توصیه های سیاستی در جهت مدیریت تصویر مقصد و ادراک جامعه محلی در مورد اثرات گردشگری و حمایت از سیاستگذاری گردشگری ارائه شده است.

tourism policies widely affect the lives of local residents. on the other hand, the effectiveness of such policies depends on the local community’s support and participation. therefore, the present study sought to investigate the influence of the local community’s place image and their perception of tourism impacts on their support for tourism policies in semnan. to this end, some 340 questionnaires were distributed among local residents, out of which 322 questionnaires were completed by the respondents. the collected data were then analyzed by pls software using structural equation modeling (sem). the results indicated that the residents’ place image had a direct significant effect on their perception of tourism impacts and consequently on their support for tourism development policies. moreover, the findings highlighted the necessity of evaluating tourism impacts based on the perceptions of residents, because the more favorable they consider the tourism impacts, the more support they give to tourism development policies. finally, this study suggests some policy recommendations on how to manage the local community’s place image, their perceptions of tourism impacts, and their support for tourism policy-making.
