مفهوم قرآنی «احسان» و اصول و کارکردهای تربیتی آن

هدف از پژوهش پیشِ‌روی، مطالعه دربارۀ مفهوم قرآنی «احسان»، بررسی مصادیق و کاربرد‏های آن در قرآن کریم، و استخراج اصول و کارکردهای این مفهوم برای تعلیم‌وتربیت امروز است. در این نوشتار، ابتدا معنای لغوی و اصطلاحی احسان در کتب لغت بررسی و سپس با توجه به آیات مربوط به این واژه، معانی و مصداق‏های احسان در قرآن ذکر‌ شده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با به‌کارگیری روش گردآوری داده ‏های کتابخانه ‏ای و شیوۀ تحلیلی - استنتاجی صورت گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، تمام آیات مرتبط با موضوع و دیگر اسناد مرتبط با این حوزه درقالب کتاب و مقاله را شامل می‌شود و روش نمونه ‏گیری ازنوع هدفمند بوده است. یافته‏ های پژوهش نشان می ‏دهد به‌دلیل گستردگی کاربرد مفهوم احسان در قرآن کریم و تاکید بسیار زیاد آموزه ‏های قرآنی بر این مفهوم ارزشی می‏توان احسان را از مبانی ارزش‏ شناختی تربیت قلمداد کرد. نیکی‌کردن به دیگران و انجام‌دادن کار به‌صورت نیکو و کامل را می‏توان اصول و قواعدی کلی به‌شمار آورد که در فرایند تربیت، راهنمای مربیان و متربیان قرار می‌گیرد. کارکردهای تربیتی احسان عبارت‌اند از: ارتقای بُعد اجتماعی حیات طیبه، کارکرد متممی آن برای ارزش عدالت، کارکرد تعاملی و دوسویه، کارکرد تعالی ‏یابی، کارکرد عمل‏گرایانه و کارکرد تعلیلگری.

the concept of benevolence in the qur’an and its principles and functions for education

the purpose of this study is to study the qur’anic concept of benevolence (ehsan) and to extract its principles and functions for today education. in this article, first the lexical and idiomatic meaning of ehsan in dictionary books has been examined, then according to the relevant verses in the qur’an, the meanings and examples of this word in the qur’an have been mentioned. this research has been done with a qualitative approach and using the method of library data collection and analyticalinferential method. the research population included all quranic verses related to the research topic and other related documents in the form of books and articles and the sampling method was purposeful. findings show that due to the wide application of the concept of benevolence in the holy qur’an, and the strong emphasis of qur’anic teachings on this value concept, benevolence can be considered as one of the axiological foundations of education. doing good to others, doing good and perfect deeds, and doing good deeds and righteous behavior can be considered as general principles or rules that guide the practice of coaches and trainers in the training process. ehsan’s educational functions include promoting the social dimension of hayat tayyeba, its complementary function on the value of justice, interactive and twoway function, transcendental function, pragmatic function and analytical function are the educational functions of ehsan quranic concept.
