واکاوی ساختاری و محتوایی روش‌ها و راهکارهای طرح تربیتی مدارس امین

هدف از انجام‌دادن این پژوهش، واکاوی ساختاری و محتوایی روش‌ها و راهکارهای شاخص‌های طرح تربیتی مدارس امین است که به‌شیوۀ تحلیلی - توصیفی، با استفاده از روش تحلیل متن صورت گرفته است. جامعۀ تحقیق، چهارچوب مفهومی طرح تربیتی مدارس امین، مصوبۀ معاونت تبلیغ حوزۀ علمیۀ قم را شامل می‌شود و کل طرح عمیقاً مطالعه شده است. ابزار مورداستفاده برای انجام‌دادن تحقیق، فیش بوده و هم‌زمان با فرایند جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده دسته‌بندی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل و تفسیر شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد روش‌ها و راهکارهای طرح تربیتی مدارس امین در بُعد ساختاری، کاستی‌هایی دارد که ازجمله آن‌ها می‌توان پایبندنبودن به ویزگی‌های راهکار در عرضۀ آن‌ها، همراه‌نبودن راهکارها با نیازهای روز متربیان و وجودنداشتن الگوی یکسان در عرضۀ راهکارها را نام برد. در بُعد محتوایی، بررسی‌ها نشان‌دهندۀ آن است که روش‌ها و راهکارهای عرضه‌شده در شاخص‌های ده‌گانه، قابلیت‌ها و کاستی‌هایی دارند که در مقاله به آن‌ها اشاره شده است؛ اما مهم‌ترین کاستی‌های روش‌ها و راهکارهای تربیتی شاخص‌های ده‌گانه، عبارت‌اند از: عرضۀ بیرونیِ دین (عرضۀ اطلاعات دینی به متربی قبل‌از ایجاد سوال در ذهن وی)، صورت‌نگرفتن زمینه‌سازی برای پرسشگری دینی، کلی‌بودن راهکارها و استفاده از کلمات تفسیرپذیر در راهکارها که باید به آن‌ها توجه شود؛ از این روی، لازمۀ گسترش این طرح در مدارس، بازاندیشی در روش‌ها و راهکارهای تربیتی شاخص‌های ده‌گانه ازطریق فراهم‌کردن زمینه برای مواجهۀ مطلوب با کاستی‌های یادشده است.

structural and content analysis methods and strategies of amin schools educational plan

the purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and content of the methods and solutions of the indicators of the educational plan of amin schools. which was done analyticallydescriptively with a content analysis of method. the research community was the conceptual framework of the educational plan of amin school approved by the propaganda office of qom seminary, that the whole scheme was studied in depth. the instrument used was a receipt that, at the same time as the data collection process, the resulting data were categorized, analyzed and interpreted. findings showed that the methods and strategies of amin schools educational plan have structural shortcomings. one of the shortcomings of the structural dimension is the lack of adherence to the features of the solution in presenting them, lack of solutions with the daily needs of trainers, the lack of a uniform pattern in providing solutions. in terms of content, the studies showed that the methods and solutions presented in the ten indicators each have the capabilities and shortcomings that are mentioned in the article. but the most serious shortcomings of educational methods and strategies are the ten indicators of external presentation of religion (providing religious information to the educator before creating a question in his mind), lack of ground for religious questioning, the generality of the solutions and the use of interpretable words in the solutions that need to be considered. therefore, it is necessary to expand this plan in schools, rethinking the training methods and strategies of the ten indicators, it is by providing the ground for dealing favorably with the abovementioned shortcomings.
