صلاحیت های حرفه ای مربی براساس دیدگاه آیت‌الله حائری شیرازی

تربیت، فرایندی پیچیده و مستلزم فعالیت تربیتی مربیانی است که آگاهانه و ماهرانه در این مسیر، به‌گونه‌ای مبتکرانه عمل می‌کنند؛ بر این اساس، شناسایی صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای مربی به تربیت درست، پرورش‌دادن استعدادهای افراد، و ایجاد جامعه ای سالم و پویا کمک می‌کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، استخراج و تبیین صلاحیت های حرفه ای مربیان در چهار محور هدف‌گزینی مناسب، خصلت‌های شخصیتی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های روشی ازنظر آیت‌الله حائری شیرازی بوده و این تحقیق با استفاده از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند اهدافی که مربی باید در تربیت مدّنظر داشته باشد، عبارت‌اند از: شکوفاکردن شخصیت انسانی، استقلال‌یابی متربی و کمال‌یابی معنوی؛ همچنین خصلت‌هایی که مربی باید در خود بپروراند، شامل موارد ذیل هستند: ایمان، اخلاص، دانش‌اندوزی مداوم، وفاکردن به عهد و نظم‌گرایی. پنج مهارت ارتباطی‌ای که مربی باید در فرایند تربیت به‌کار گیرد، عبارت‌اند از: انعطاف‌ورزی، مدارا، محبت‌ورزی معتدل و بجا، پرهیز از رفتارهای آزاردهنده، و استحقاق‌محوری. درنهایت، نُه روش تربیتی به‌دست‌آمده، شامل موارد ذیل است: تقویت تفکر، داستان‌گویی، بازی، پرسشگری، مهارت‌آموزی، اغماض از اشتباهات، تشویق ‌کردن و جایزه‌ دادن، تنبیه و کاهش ‌دادن تدریجی کنترل بیرونی.

educator’s professional competences, based on ayatollah haeri shirazi’s viewpoints

the complex training process requires the training activities of trainers who consciously and skillfully take the initiative in this direction. accordingly, identifying the professional competencies of the coach can help in properly training and nurturing the talents of individuals and creating a healthy and dynamic society. the purpose of this study was to extract and explain the professional competencies of coaches in four areas: appropriate targeting, personality traits, communication skills and methodological skills according to ayatollah haeri shirazi. the research method was descriptiveanalytical. based on the findings, it was determined that the goals that the coach should have in mind in training are: the flourishing of human personality, the independence of the coach and the spiritual perfection. also, the qualities that a coach needs to cultivate include: faith, sincerity, continuous knowledge acquisition, commitment and orderliness. on the other hand, the five communication skills that every coach needs to use in the training process, including: flexibility, tolerance, moderate and appropriate kindness, avoiding annoying encounters and central merit were explained and finally, nine methods of training were obtained, which include: teaching ethics and strengthening thinking, storytelling, playing, questioning, skill training, forgiving mistakes, encouraging and rewarding, punishing and gradual reduction of external control.
