روایت نهج البلاغه از اخلاق حرفه‎ای مدیران

نامۀ امیرالمومنین علی (ع) به مالک اشتر، فرماندار مصر، یکی از مهم‌ترین مصادیق مولفه ‏های اخلاق حرفه‏ ای مدیران و کارگزاران حکومتی در منابع اسلامی محسوب می‌شود که در آن، ویژگی‏ های اساسی یک مدیر و کارگزار حکومتی بیان شده است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی مولفه‏ های اخلاق حرفه‎ای مدیران ازدیدگاه حضرت علی (ع) است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، کلیۀ خطبه‌ها (241 مورد)، نامه‌ها (79 مورد) و حکمت‌های نهج البلاغه (480 مورد) را دربر می‌گیرد و ازطریق سرشماری، تمام این مولفه‌ها در آن بررسی شده است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از چک‌لیست حاوی مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای استفاده کرده‌ایم و واحد تحلیل با توجه به ماهیت نهج البلاغه، پاراگراف‌های کوتاه و بلندی بوده است که روایت‌های این کتاب را شامل می‌شود. برای انجام‌دادن پژوهش، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده کرده و براساس تکنیک آنتروپی شانون، داده‌های بهنجار، بار اطلاعاتی و ضریب اهمیت هریک از 25 مولفۀ شناسایی‌شده را محاسبه کرده‌ایم. اطلاعات موردنیاز برای تحقیق را از خطبه‌ها، نامه‌ها و حکمت‌های نهج البلاغه گرد آورده و فراوانی واحدهای تحلیل جامعۀ آماری و ضریب اهمیت آن‌ها را نیز مشخص کرده‌ایم. از 241 خطبۀ نهج البلاغه، در دو خطبه (167 و 190)، از 79 نامۀ این کتاب، در هشت نامه (5. 26، 31، 46، 51، 53، 69 و 76) و از 480 حکمت آن، در شش حکمت (9، 15، 50، 161، 193 و 372) به‌صورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم به اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرداخته شده است. مولفۀ بردباری با 12.8 درصد، بیشترین میزان بار اطلاعاتی و ضریب اهمیت را درمیان مولفه‌ها دارد و پس‌از خوش‌رفتاری، امانت‏داری، خدمت‌گزاری، و توجه به حرمت و کرامت کارمندان که در مراتب دوم و سوم قرار می‌گیرند، بقیۀ مولفه‌ها دارای کمترین بار اطلاعاتی و ضریب اهمیت هستند.

Narration of Nahj-al-balaghe professional ethice of managers

In Islamic sources, specifically in Holy Quran and NahjAlBalaghe all the rules and Do’s and Don’ts and social and personal life necessities are all mentioned and referred to them. The basics and regularities of professional ethics, besides, is a new discussion in organizations and offices and occupations all are concerned 1400 years ago by the holy religion of Islam. By referring to these resources we can find specialized answers to these rules. The letter of AmirAlMomenin Ali (peace be upon him) to MalikAlAshtar, the governor of Egypt is one of the facets of professional ethics for managers and governmental personal in Islamic resources in which the main characteristics and properties of a governmental manager and the ruler is mentioned.The present study is to analyse the components of professional ethics of managers from Imam Ali’s point of view.The method used in this study is content analysing and is based on schanoon antropy technique of data. Data is normalized and data load and importance index of each one is 25% of the known components.From 241 khotbes of NahjAlBalaghe (167190) 2 khotbes.From 79 letters , 8 letters (5 26 31 46 51 53 69 76) and from 480 Hekmats, 6 Hekmats (9 15 50 161 193 372) are directly or indirectly related to professional ethics. The patient component with frequency of 12.8 have the maximum percentage and importance index in data load among others. After good behaviour, trustfullness and serving people and importance of self esteem and Takrim that all are the 2nd and 3rd factors, the remaining factors have less importance and data load. With respect to the importance and emphasis of NahjAlBalaghe in professional ethics in choosing the proper personell and managers and workers we should respect professional ethics rules and principles and obey them in organizations and these rules should be considered in organizations respectfully and by providing ethic announcements and considering and respecting them we can take big steps toward internalization of these ethical rules and instructions.
