رهیافتی از الگوسازی تربیتی تا الگوپذیری از شهید سلیمانی ازسوی دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد

مطالعۀ حاضر برپایۀ کشف تجارب‎زیستۀ دانشجویان به‌منظور دستیابی به ظرفیت الگوسازی از منش و شهادت سردار شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی برای نسل جوان صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش، پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بوده و با پانزده دانشجوی پسر دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد مصاحبه شده است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‎گیری هدفمند، موارد نوعی انتخاب شدند. تجزیه‎وتحلیل داده‎های به‌دست‌آمده از مصاحبه‎ها با استفاده از روش کدگذاری استراوس و کوربین، طی سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت و درنهایت، 572 مفهوم کشف و درقالب 38 مقوله جای داده شد. نتایج نهایی نیز تحت‌ هشت مضمون قرار گرفت. مضامین کشف‌شده در مدلی با اقتباس از چهار مدل حیطۀ عاطفی بلوم، یادگیری مشاهده‎ای بندورا، نفوذ اجتماعی ارونسون و اقسام الگوپذیری مصباح یزدی، در پنج سطح، شامل «جذابیت سردار»، «تثبیت جذابیت»، «اراده در تغییر رفتار»، «ظهور کنش» و «کنش‎گزینی متعالی» جایگذاری شد؛ بدین ترتیب که سه مضمون «برجستگی اخلاق فردی سردار»، «برجستگی اخلاق بین‎فردی سردار» و «برجستگی سبک‎ مدیریتی سردار» در سطح اول قرار گرفتند. سطح دوم، دو مضمون «اثرپذیری عاطفی مخاطب» و «اثرپذیری شناختی مخاطب» را دربر می‌گیرد. دو مضمون «تلاش برای تغییردادن دیدگاه و رفتار» و «مطالبه‎گریِ الگوسازی از سردار» نیز در سطح سوم گنجانده شدند و مضمون «آثار اجتماعی الگوگیری از سردار» هم شامل دو سطح چهارم و پنجم شد. درمجموع، تحلیل یافته‌ها ظرفیت بالای زندگی و شهادت سردار در الگوسازی تربیتی برای نسل نوجوان و جوان را تایید می‌کند.

An approach from educational modeling to modeling of Shahid Soleimani by students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

The present study, based on the discovery of students’ lived experiences, seeks to discover the capacity to model the character and martyrdom of Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani for the younger generation. The research method was descriptive phenomenological and interviews were with 15 male students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, who were selected by &Typical Case& sampling method. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by Strauss and Corbin coding method in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Finally, 572 concepts were discovered, which were classified into 38 categories appropriateness. The final results were also covered by eight themes. The themes discovered, in a model based on four models of Bloom’s emotional domain, Observational learning Bandura, Aronson’s social influence and Mesbahyazdi’s types of patternability, in five levels &Sardar charm&, &stabilization of charm&, &will to change behavior&, &emergence of action& and &transcendent action&, Was placed. Thus, the three themes of &Sardar’s personal morality&, &Sardar’s interpersonal morality& and &Sardar management style prominence& were in the first level. The second level included the two themes &audience emotional affect& and &audience cognitive affect&. The two themes of &trying to change attitudes and behavior& and &demanding modeling from the commander& were also included in the third level, and the theme of &social effects modeling of the commander& also included the fourth and fifth levels. Overall, the findings show the high capacity of life and martyrdom of Sardar in modeling education for adolescents and young people.
