بررسی رفتار اخلاقی دانشجویان با رویکرد توجه به بیم ها و امیدها

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رفتار اخلاقی دانشجویان در سال تحصیلی 1398 است؛ چرا که بررسی و ارزیابی کُنش‌های اخلاقی و رفتاری در میان قشرهای مختلف جامعه به‌ویژه دانشجویان دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی به‌عنوان آینده‌سازان هر جامعه انسانی از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. تحقیق به‌لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و طرح آن توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشکده مهندسی است که به‌روش تصادفی ساده، 315 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته رفتار اخلاقی است که روایی محتوایی آن تایید شد. پایایی پرسش‌نامه ازطریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.91 محاسبه شده است و داده‌ها بااستفاده از نسخه 22 نرم‌افزار «اس.پی.اس.اس» و ازطریق آزمون‌های تی تک‌نمونه‌ای، تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد میانگین رفتار اخلاقی و مولفه‌های آن در دانشجویان بالاتر از حد متوسط است. همچنین بین رفتار اخلاقی دانشجویان بر حسب جنسیت، تفاوت معنادار وجود ندارد؛ اما این تفاوت بر حسب مقطع تحصیلی، معنادار است. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود که رشد و آموزش دانشجویان رشته‌های مهندسی در زمینه‌های اخلاقی و رفتاری به‌عنوان یک اولویت جدی برنامه‌های درسی و آموزشی این رشته‌ها، از مقطع کارشناسی شروع شود.

Investigating the Ethical Behavior of Students With An approach to paying attention to fears and hopes

Ethics refers to a set of valuebased and nonvaluebased practices whose attitudes and practices are conducive to personal growth and excellence, organizational growth, and social development. Thus the purpose of this research was study of ethical behavior of students in the academic year 2019. The research in terms of aim, applied and in terms of design, descriptive survey. The statistical population consisted of students in engineering faculty that through simple random 315 ones were chosen as sample. Data collection tools included a researchermade ethical behavior questionnaire that questionnaires content validity confirmed. Through Cronbach alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were calculated equal to 0.91. Data’s analyzed by using Spss 22 software and through one sample ttest, independent sample ttest and one way Anova. Finding showed mean of ethical behavior and components were upper than average. Also there was not a significant difference between students’ ethical behavior in terms of gender, but this difference was significant in terms of academic degree. Therefore, it is suggested that the growth and education of engineering students in ethical behavioral fields be a serious priority in the curriculum of these fields especially at the undergraduate level.
