ارتباط هوش فرهنگی و هوش معنوی با هویت اجتماعی دانشجویان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه هوش فرهنگی و هوش معنوی با هویت اجتماعی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی اسلام شهر در سال تحصیلی 97 1396بود.این پژوهش به روش توصیفی همبستگی انجام شد و جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه تمام دانشجویان ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی اسلام شهر به تعداد 2821 نفر بودند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 383 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل: پرسشنامه هویت اجتماعی ریچارد جنکینز (2008)، مقیاس هوش فرهنگی انگ و داین (2004) و مقیاس هوش معنوی کینگ (2008) بود. پایایی آن‌ها به ترتیب برابر با 90/. ،88/. و 88/. به دست آمد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که هوش فرهنگی و هوش معنوی با هویت اجتماعی رابطه مستقیم و معنا داری دارد. چنین نتیجه‏ گیری می‏ شود با تقویت هوش فرهنگی و معنوی از طریق برنامه آموزش رسمی و غیر رسمی در سطح دانشگاه می ‏توان گامی مهم در عرصه فرایند توسعه و تقویت فرهنگی جامعه برداشت.

The Relationship between Cultural Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence with Students' Social Identity

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the social identity of students of Islamic Azad University of Islam shahr in the academic year13961397. This research was descriptivecorrelational and the statistical population of the study was all the university students who had 2821 students. The sample size was 383 according to the Cochran formula. . The data gathering tool was Richard Jenkins Social Identity Questionnaire (2008), Ang et al's Cognitive Behavioral Intelligence Scale (2004) and King's Spiritual Intelligence Scale (2008). Their reliability was obtained 0.90, 0.88 and 0.88 respectively. Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze the data using LISREL Software. The Findings of the research indicate that cultural intelligence has a direct and meaningful relationship with spiritual intelligence and social identity. The results indicate that by enhancing cultural and spiritual intelligence through formal and informal education at the university level, an important step in the process of developing and strengthening the cultural community can be found.
