بررسی دلایل مشروعیت بیعت داعش بر اساس مبانی فکری اهل‌سنت

با اعلان خلافت ابوبکر بغدادی از سوی داعش در مناطقی از عراق و سوریه، آثاری در حمایت از بیعت با او نوشته شد که با استدلال‌هایی بغدادی را دارای شرایط خلیفه دانسته و به بیعت با داعش مشروعیت بخشیدند، اما این بیعت از سوی جریان‌های مختلفی در جهان اسلام، به ویژه رهبران سلفی، وهابی و سلفیان جهادی نامشروع خوانده شد. نوشتار پیش‌رو می‌کوشد تا در کوششی توصیفی، تحلیلی ابتدا به بیان دلایل مشروعیت بیعت داعش پرداخته و سپس با عنایت به مبانی سیاسی خلافت در متون معتبر اهل‌سنت، به نقد و بررسی شرایط ارکان بیعت، شخص بغدادی به عنوان خلیفه نخست و گروه داعش به مثابه سازمان خلافت بپردازد. تطبیق این مبانی بر بیعت داعش نشان می‌دهد که این بیعت نه تنها دارای همه شرایط ولایت عظمی یعنی خلافت اسلامی در نگاه اهل‌سنت و حتی سلفیان جهادی نیست و به آرمان‌های خلافت پایبند نبوده، بلکه در موارد متعددی خلاف آن عمل کرده است. نبود شرایط لازم برای خلیفه در شخص بغدادی، اجرایی‌نشدن مقاصد خلافت مانند عدالت و برطرف نمودن ظلم از مظلومان و برقراری وحدت میان مسلمانان و پرهیز از تفرقه، نارضایتی بیشتر امت اسلامی از بیعت داعش، ناسازگاری این بیعت با قاعده عدم تسلط کافران بر مسلمانان و همچنین مخالفت بزرگان سلفی به ویژه در شاخه جهادی آن موجب شده است تا بیعت یادشده با توجه به مبانی اهل‌سنت و دیگر سلفیان جهادی در امر خلافت، مشروعیتی نداشته باشد.

Study the reasons for the legitimacy of ISIS’s allegiance based on the Sunni intellectual principles

Following the proclamation of AbuBakr alBaghdadi as caliph by ISIL, in Iraq and Syria, works in support of allegiance to him were written, which arguing for the protection of Baghdadi, considered him a caliph and legitimized allegiance to ISIL.
