نقد نظریه فخر رازی در باب تعیین امام ذیل آیات «ولایت و خلافت»

مسئله ولایت و خلافت بلافصل پیامبر اکرم, از مهم‌ترین مباحث اختلافی میان شیعه و اهل سنت است. در بحث راه تعیین امام بین مذاهب اسلامی از طریق نص هیچ گونه اختلافی وجود ندارد، اما در اینکه آیا نصی در این مورد رسیده است یا نه، شیعه قائل به نص جلی در بحث امامت است و امامت را منصبی الهی می داند که جز با طریق نص شرعی امکان‌پذیر نیست، اما اهل سنت بالاخص فخر رازی در اینکه آیا امامت به نص است یا به بیعت و اختیار(اجماع)؟ چون نص جلی از سوی خدای متعال را انکار می کند، راه دوم یعنی بیعت و اجماع را برمی‌گزیند و آن را بر عهده مردم می داند. در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی، تحلیلی به نقد  شبهات فخر رازی در مورد نص جلی و دلایل ایشان در بحث بیعت و اجماع خواهیم پرداخت.

Criticism of Fakhr Rāzī in Regards to Determining the Imam under the Verses of Vicegerency & Caliphate

The topic of vicegerency and immediate caliphate after the holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his Progeny) is among the more important controversial topics between the Shi’as and the Sunnis. There is no difference between the Islamic sects in the way of determination using the clear injunction, however there is an argument regarding whether there is a clear injunction or not. The Shi’as believe there is a clear injunction regarding the topic of Imamate, and it is a divine position that cannot be possible unless if it is through the rightful injunction. But the Sunnis, especially Fakhr Rāzī, believe otherwise. Since he rejects the clear designation from the Almighty, he picks the second path, which is the path of allegiance and consensus and considers it as a responsibility upon the people. We will analyze the criticisms of Fakhr Rāzī regarding the clear designation and his reasons regarding the topic of allegiance and consensus in this article using descriptive and analytical approach.
