چکیده
|
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی بر مشارکت مدنی در میان شهروندان اردبیلی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه شهروندان بالای 18 سال ساکن شهر اردبیل می‌باشند که بر اساس سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن سال 1390 تعدادشان 115000 نفر برآورد شده است. با استفاده فرمول کوکران تعداد حجم نمونه 384 نفر تعیین گردید و نمونه‌گیری نیز با استفاده از روش خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انجام گردید. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده می شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی مورد بررسی (تلگرام، اینستاگرام، فیسبوک و یوتیوب) بر مشارکت مدنی شهروندان شهر اردبیل تاثیرگذار است. اینستاگرام بیشترین و فیسبوک کمترین تاثیر را بر مشارکت شهروندان اردبیلی داشته است. بیشترین تاثیر این شبکه ها بر عضویت در گروه‌ها و انجمن‌ها و کمترین تاثیر آنها بر ایجاد روابط مناسب و پیام نگاری برای مشارکت در تصمیمات شهری بوده است.

Abstract
|
The present study aimed to investigate the effect of social networks on Civic participation among citizens of Ardabil. The population of the All citizens over 18 years living in the city of Ardabil. According to General Census of Population and Housing 1390 is an estimated number of 115,000 people. Cochran formula the sample size was determined using 384 samples Decisions by using multistage cluster sampling was done. For the A questionnaire was used for data collection. The results show: social networks (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) on civic participation of citizens in Ardabil impressive. Instagram Most of Facebook is the least impact on the participation of citizens in Ardabil province. The greatest impact of this network on the membership of groups and associations and minimal impact They create good relations and message log for participation in municipal decisions have been.
