تغییرات نوشتاری زبان فارسی در گفتگوی کاربران برنامه‌های پیام‌رسانی تلفن همراه

عوامل متعددی بر رفتار کاربران در فضای مجازی و به طور ویژه برنامه‌های کاربردی پیام‌رسانی تلفن همراه که زیرمجموعه‌ی کوچکی از این فضا هستند موثر است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی گرایش نوشتار کاربران در فضای مجازی به سمت یک زبان رمزگونه و نمایه‌ای است. در این راستا نگارندگان به بررسی نوع رفتار کاربران در فضای مجازی (با تآکید بر برنامه‌های گوشی تلفن همراه) از طریق مطالعه‌ی فعالیت افراد در گروهها، گفتگو های خصوصی، بررسی پروفایل، نمایه، نام کاربری و عناوین گروه‌ها پرداختند. نتایج تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که رفتار کاربران پس از ورود به این برنامه‌ها، متاثر از عواملی خواهد بود که به شکل گرفتن نوعی زبان رمزگونه و نمایه‌ای و در حالت اغراق شده، هیروگلیف نوین منجر شده است. در این نوع از ارتباطات، تنها نوشتار ابزار مکالمات، نوشتار است و در نتیجه‌ی حذف شدن بعضی از اعضای بدن در ارتباطات مانند ارتباط چشمی، از بین رفتن ارتباطات کلامی و شنیدار، از رسم‌الخط خاص و برچسب‌ها استفاده می‌شود. نوآوری این پژوهش تفکر در مورد تغییر رسم‌الخط و نوشتار زبان و ادبیات فارسی در برنامه‌های کاربردی تلفن همراه و بررسی عوامل شکل‌گیری آن بوده‌است.

Studying the changes of written Farsi as a result of using mobile messaging applications, case study: Dialogue.

There are several elements which influence the manners of users in cyber space especially in mobile apps all of which are minor branches of such space.This article seeks to study the tendency of users’ written language in cyber space to an encoded and symbolic language.From this point of view, the researchers will study the type of users’ manner in cyber space (especially in mobile applications) through studying issues such as the activities of users in groups and private chats.The outcome of researches showed that after using these applications the manner of users will affected by some factors that lead to creating a kind of encoded and symbolic language.The reason could be that there are just writing and written relations in such communications; some parts of body beside oral and aural relations are omitted; and an especial kind of orthography and labels are used.Innovation in this article is contemplating about changes in orthography and written language of Farsi in mobile applications and also studying about the elements which are influential in these changes.
