ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی واحد تولید سنگ آهن (مطالعه موردی: معدن سنگ آهن قینرجه تکاب)

در حال حاضر به منظور دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در کشور و به منظور پیشگیری از آلودگی و تخریب محیط زیست کلیه فعالیت‌های عمرانی و توسعه‌ای در کشور با در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات محیط زیستی صورت می‌گیرد. بر همین اساس پیش از اجرای بسیاری از پروژه‌های عمرانی و توسعه‌ای پیامدها و اثرات این‌گونه طرح‌ها بر محیط زیست منطقه شناسایی و پیش بینی گردیده و اقدامات لازم به منظور کنترل و کاهش آن‌ها به کار بسته می‌شود و این کار عموماً از طریق انجام ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی طرح‌های توسعه بر اساس قوانین موجود در کشور انجام می‌شود. برای ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی  طرح واحد تولید سنگ آهن قینرجه تکاب و تحلیل دو گزینه اجرا و عدم اجرای پروژه در دو فاز ساختمانی و بهره‌برداری، از ماتریس ساراتوگا استفاده گردید. در این مطالعه اثرات گزینه عدم اجرا توام با گزینه اجرای طرح ارزیابی گردید و در گزینه اجرائی آثار تمام فعالیت‌های پروژه بر محیط زیست‌ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. محوریت توجه در ارزیابی محیط زیستی بر آثار قطعی می‌باشد لکن اثرات احتمالی شاخص نیز مهم تلقی شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج برآیند اثرات در فاز ساختمانی (108) و در فاز بهره برداری (127+) نشان می‌دهد که اجرا و بهره‌برداری از واحد تولید سنگ آهن قینرجه تکاب اثرات مثبت به دنبال دارد و با توجه به غالب بودن اثرات قطعی، ریز فعالیت‌های پروژه‌ی واحد تولید سنگ آهن قینرجه تکاب، قابل اجرا می‌باشند.

Evaluating the Environmental Effects of Iron Ore Production Unit (Case Study: Qinarjeh Takab Iron Ore Mining)

In this study, the effects of the nonimplementation option were evaluated with the option of implementation of the project, and in the executive option, the effects of all project activities on the environment were studied. The focus of attention in the environmental assessment is on the definitive effects, but the potential effects of the index are also considered important and studied. The results of the effects in the construction phase (120) and in the exploitation phase (+142) indicate that the implementation and operation of the Qinarjeh Takab iron ore production unit have positive effects and, given the predominance of definite effects, the micro products of the unit production project Iron cane iron Takab is applicable.
