چکیده
|
We report a case of pericardial effusion induced by methotrexate in a patient with low risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia,who had been taking the first course of sequential methotrexate-folinic acid treatment. after aspiration of pericardial effusion another methotrexate-folinic acid course was given and the pericardial effusion did not relapse. © 2013 by the turkish-german gynecological education and research foundation.
