چکیده    The aim of this work is to synthesize a new n-alkyl-1-h-pyrazol-3-one by alkylation of pyrazolyl pyrazolone obtained by condensation of 3-acetyl-4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2h-pyran-2- one (dehydroacetic acid) with phenylhydrazine in absolute ethanol catalyzed with copper sulfate pentahydrate. the alkylation reactions were performed using a variety of alkylating reagents in dimethylformamide, under phase transfer catalysis conditions (ptc).the new obtained compounds were characterized by ^1h nmr and ^13c nmr spectroscopy.
