انواع مطالعات مروری و نقش آن در ارتقا دانش پرستاری: یک مرور روایتی

مقدمه و هدف: نظر به اهمیت مطالعات مروری در جهت دست یابی، بازیابی، مرور، ترکیب، تحلیل و یکپارچه نمودن نتایج مطالعات اصیل و بنیادی در راستای دست یابی به دانش مورد نیاز، مطالعه حاضر به معرفی مشخصات و کاربرد انواع روشهای مروری و نقش انها در ارتقا دانش پرستاری می پردازد.مواد و روشها: به منظور دست یابی به اهداف مطالعه، از روش کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. بدین منظور داده ها از پاب مد، گوگل اسکولار، مگیران و اس ای دی استخراج و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: بررسی ها نشان می دهد که؛ همه مطالعات مروری طی سال های اخیر روند رو به رشدی داشته است و پژوهشگران اهمیت آن را در پیشبرد دانش در رشته ها ی علوم پزشکی درک کرده اند. در بین انواع مطالعات مروری10 نوع از آنها بیشتر به انها پرداخته شده است، انتخاب و خصوصیات و ویژگی انها توضیح داده شده است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به افزایش حجم و تعداد اطلاعات تخصصی در دنیای امروزی، آگاهی و ا ستفاده از نتایج مطالعات مروری در انتشار نتایج مطالعات مختلف و در تصمیم گیریهای بالینی مبتنی بر شواهد بسیار موثر است. همچنین با توجه به اینکه در ایران بیشتر مطالعات به سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز محدود شده است، مقاله حاضر با معرفی تعداد دیگری از انواع مطالعات مروری توجه محققین را به ارزشمندی سایر مطالعات مروری و نقش آنها در تصمیم گیری های بالینی معطوف می کند.

Different Types of Review Studies and Their Role in Promoting Nursing Knowledge: A Narrative Review

Introduction: Due to the importance of review studies in obtaining, retrieving, reviewing, combining, analyzing, and integrating the results of original and fundamental studies to achieve the required knowledge, the present study was conducted to introduce the characteristics and application of various reviews methods and their role in promoting nursing knowledge.Materials and Methods: To achieve the objectives of the study, the library research method was used. For this purpose, data were extracted and analyzed from PubMed, Google Scholar, Magiran, and SID.Results: Based on the results of studies, all review studies had a growing trend in recent years, and researchers realized its importance in advancing knowledge in the medical sciences. Among the types of review studies, 10 types of them were discussed more and their selection and characteristics were explained.Conclusion: It was found that due to the increase in the volume and number of specialized information in today #39;s world, knowledge and use of the results of review studies were highly effective in publishing the results of various studies and in evidencebased clinical decisionmaking. Moreover, considering that most studies in Iran are limited to systematic and metaanalysis methods, the present article introduced several other types of review studies to draw researchers #39; attention to the value of other review studies and their role in clinical decisions.
