|
The novel benzo[b]furan derivatives,7a-i,were synthesized and characterized by ugi four-component reaction between 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde derivative 1,a secondary amine 2,and an isocyanide 3 in water. those reactions were carried out at room temperature with moderate to good yields in one pot. © 2013 esmail vessally et al.
