|
Herein we report on the synthesis and single crystal x-ray structure characterization of [ { cu2(tidf)(-no3) } ∞]clo4 (tidf = a robson type macrocyclic ligand obtained upon condensation of 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol and 1,3-diaminopropane). the coordination geometry around the copper(ii) is square-pyramidal and has [cu2(tidf)]2+ units connected to each other through nitrate bridges extending as a one-dimension coordination polymer. the compound exhibits an extensive supramolecular structure supported by nonclassic hydrogen bonding between c-h...operchlorate and c-h..onitrate. © 2015 julio cesar da rocha et al.
