Journal of chemistry has retracted the article titled evaluation of the stability of the total antioxidant capacity,polyphenol contents,and starchhydrolase inhibitory activities of kombucha teas using an in vitro model of digestion [1],as the high performance liquid chromatography (hplc) and microbiological results were questioned and it was found that the underlying data for this study are not available,and thus the results of the article are questionable. copyright © 2016 journal of chemistry.
