منطق جهاد ابتدایی در چهارچوب نظریه اعتباریات علامه طباطبایی

با توجه به جایگاه کلیدی جنگ و صلح در روابط بین الملل و شریعت اسلامی، ارائه تقریری روزآمد از جهاد می‌تواند زمینه را برای فهم آن در روابط بین‌الملل فراهم کرده و مباحثه بین‌رشته‌ای را گسترش دهد. لازمه این موضوع بررسی امکان ارائه یک خوانش عقلایی از جهاد ابتدایی است. ازاین‌رو به بررسی این پرسش می‌پردازیم: منطق جهاد ابتدایی از منظر واقع‌گرایی اسلامی چگونه قابل تبیین است؟ برای این منظور از نظریه اعتباریات علامه طباطبایی کمک گرفته شده است. بر پایه این نظریه، اعتبار «ریاست» و «استخدام» دو عنوان از اعتبارات عقلایی بوده و از لوازم این دو اعتبار، آن است که هر اقتداری، امور متعارض با هویت وجودی خود را در دایره قدرت خویش نفی می‌کند. بر این اساس اقتدار اسلامی، در دایره قدرت خویش، بقای امور متعارض با هویت توحیدی خود، یعنی شرک و کفر را نفی می‌کند. برای این مهم بر اساس بررسی مراحل تولد، تثبیت و توسعه قدرت سیاسی نوپدید، تبیینی عقلایی از منطق جهاد ابتدایی و دفاعی ارائه می‌دهیم. دستاورد نوشتار حاضر دلالت بر آن دارد که بر اساس نظریه اعتباریات علامه (استخدام و ریاست)، جهاد ابتدایی از حیث منطقی، کاملاً عقلائی می‌باشد؛ چراکه این‌گونه از جهاد مبتنی بر استخدام متقابل و کاربست هوشمند قدرت است که در آن نفع بازیگر مقابل و همراهی فکری او مدنظر بوده و رعایت شود.

the logic of primary jihad in the framework of mohammad hosein tabatabai’s credit theory

jihad is one of the main social rules of islam, which is included in many verses of the holy quran. jihad has two types: defensive and primary. in this article, we are going to examine the question, how can the logic of the primary jihad be explained from the perspective of islamic realism? and we enter the research with this hypothesis that according to allameh tabatabai’s credit theory, the credit of headship and recruitment are two titles of rational credits. one of the essentials of these two is that every authority negates matters that conflict with its existential identity within its circle of power. based on this, islamic authority, within its sphere of power, rejects the survival of things that conflict with its monotheistic identity, that is, polytheism and disbelief.for this purpose, we introduce the two credits of headship and recruitment and show that by examining the stages of birth, consolidation and development of a new political power, the logic of defensive and primary jihad can be explained. in addition, we provide evidence from the holy qur’an and history that shows that the primary jihad on the part of muslims is not a new and devotional phenomenon and is historically based on the ancient roots of the vala system. the method of this research is proof-deductive. the type of basic research is case study and static analysis.
