چکیده
|
این واقعیت که سیاست عملی تابعی از مفاهیم و نظریه‌هاست، تحلیلگران را بدان وامی‌دارد که در مقام شناخت و تجویز الگوهای مدیریتی، نسبت به درک معانی و ملاحظات اجرایی ناشی از ماهیت مفاهیم، اهتمام ویژه‌ای داشته باشند؛ از جملۀ این مفاهیم بنیادین که در حوزۀ فلسفۀ سیاسی معاصر بدان توجهی خاص شده است، می‌توان به «مصلحت» اشاره داشت.طرح مفهومی و نظری «مصلحت» در میراث فکری ایرانی، از جمله مزایایی است که پرسش از «چیستی» و «کاربرد عملی» مصلحت در اندیشۀ ایرانی را توجیه می‌کند. افزون بر اینکه بومی بودن این چارچوب تحلیلی و حضور عناصر هنجاری در آن، دلیل دیگری است که ضرورت طرح این پرسش را مشخص می‌کند. به منظور پاسخ به این پرسش، نویسنده نخست، و به اجمال، حوزه‌های اصلی اندیشۀ سیاسی در ایران را بررسی کرده و بر اساس آن، در هر حوزه، به شناخت معنا و شناسایی اصول کاربردی مصلحت در عرصۀ حکومتی، اهتمام ورزیده است. نتیجه آنکه تصویری نسبتاً جامع از مصلحت ارائه شده که قابلیت عرضه در عرصۀ فلسفه سیاسی مدرن را داراست.

Abstract
|
The Meaning and Status of Expediency in Iranian Political Thought Dr. Asghar Eftekhari The fact that practical politics is a function of concepts and theories has made the analysts endeavor specifically to understand the meaning and executive aspects derived from the nature of concepts in order to realize and prescribe managerial models. One of these basic concepts especially dealt with in contemporary political philosophy is “expediency”. The conceptual and theoretical rendering of “expediency” in Iranian intellectual heritage are the assets that justify our asking about the nature and practicality of expediency in Iranian thought. The indigenous nature of this analytical framework and the presence of normative elements in it are other reasons that determine the necessity of such a question. To answer this question, the writer has first, and succinctly, surveyed the main fields of political thought in Iran and, on that basis, has tried to realize the meaning and practical principles of expediency in government. The result is a relatively comprehensive picture of expediency which can be presented in modern political philosophy.
