جایگاه تربیت شهروندی در گفتمان‌های سیاسی بعداز انقلاب اسلامی ایران مطالعه موردی گفتمان‌های عدالت محوری و اعتدال

بعداز انقلاب اسلامی در ایران گفتمان‌های مختلفی ظهور یافته است و هر گفتمان اهداف و برنامه‌های خاصی در زمینۀ تربیت شهروندی ارائه نموده است. مقاله حاضر، با هدف تحلیل انتقادی جایگاه تربیت شهروندی در گفتمان‌های عدالت محوری و اعتدال تدوین شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل اسناد مرتبط با تربیت شهروندی در هر دو گفتمان می‌باشد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که برای تربیت شهروندی از دید گفتمان عدالت محوری، رعایت حقوق اجتماعی اقتصادی، و از نظر گفتمان اعتدال، رعایت حقوق سیاسی و مدنی، مهمترین مطالبات شهروندان را تشکیل می‌دهند. متون مورد بررسی در هر دو گفتمان به نقش شهروندان در فرآیند برآورده شدن حقوق توجه چندانی نمی‌کنند، بلکه تمرکز آنها بر وظیفۀ دولت برای تحقق بخشیدن به حقوق و زمینه‌های دستیابی به تربیت شهروندی است. شهروند بازنمود شده در این دو گفتمان موجودی است تک بعدی که تنها در هر دوره در یکی از ابعاد رشدی سریع و نامتوازن را تجربه کرده‌است. در غالب موارد، اسناد مورد بررسی از الگوی تک‌گفتمانی پیروی می‌کنند و علاقه‌ای به استفاده از عناصر گفتمان‌های رقیب ندارند.

the Place of Citizenship Education in Political Discourses after the Islamic Revolution of IranA Case Study: Justice oriented and Moderate Discourses

After the Islamic Revolution in Iran, various discourses have emerged. and each discourse has provided specific goals and programs in the field of citizenship education.the present article aims to critical analysis of the citizenship education position in Justice oriented and moderate discourses. The research community includes documents related to citizenship education in both discourses. the findings showed that for the education of citizenship, from the perspective of the Justice oriented discourse, the observance of socioeconomic, and in terms of moderation discourse, observance of political and civil rights, constitute the most important demands of citizens. the texts examined in both discourses do not pay much attention to the role of citizens in the process of meeting the rights, but their focus is on the government’s responsibility to realize the rights and the grounds for achieving citizenship education. A citizen represented in these two discourses is a singledimensional inventory that has experienced rapid and unbalanced growth in only one era in each era. In most cases, the documents examined follow a singlediscourse pattern and are not interested in using elements of competing discourses.
