کالبدشکافی ابعاد امنیت از منظرآیت‌الله مهدوی کنی(ره)

امنیت از مهم‌ترین و ابتدایی‌ترین مولفه‌های مبنایی هر دولت به شمار می‌رود. اکثر مبانی نظری در حوزه مطالعات امنیت برگرفته از متون غربی است. البته در سال‌های اخیر تلاش‌هایی جهت بومی‌سازی این مطالعات صورت گرفته اما هنوز جای کار فراوانی دارد. هدف این مقاله کوشش در جهت هدف مذکور است که با روش تحلیل محتوا در سیره آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی(ره)، سعی شد قدمی در این مسیر مهم برداشته شود. علت انتخاب آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی، این است که ایشان در سال‌های ابتدایی پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی، مسئولیت تامین امنیت کشور را در دو سازمان مهم یعنی کمیته انقلاب اسلامی و وزارت کشور، بر عهده داشتند. محققین به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال‌اند که در اندیشه آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی در خصوص امنیت، چه ابعادی وجود داشته و کدام‌یک از اولویت برخوردارند؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال دو دسته از منابع بررسی شد که هرکدام از این دو صرفاً یک قسمت از کار را پیش می‌برد. نگارندگان با بررسی دقیق منابع نظری حوزه امنیت و منابع مربوط به سیره آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی، نهایتاً موفق به کالبدشکافی ابعاد امنیت از دیدگاه ایشان گشته به‌طوری‌که خروجی حاصل از این پژوهش، کمک شایانی به مطالعات بومی امنیت خواهد نمود. نتیجه تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که: آیت‌الله مهدوی کنی، در کنار اینکه ابعاد رایج از امنیت را پذیرفته‌اند اما معتقدند که پایه و اساس این ابعاد باید اسلام و فرهنگ اسلامی و از همه مهم‌تر بُعد اخلاقی اسلام باشد، چراکه اگر این‌طور نشود بسیاری از برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان، به سرمنزل حقیقی خود نخواهند رسید و بجای اینکه بر مبنای اخلاق بنا شوند، بر اساس سیاست‌بازی‌های ناصواب شکل خواهند گرفت.

Anatomy of Security Dimensions from the perspective of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny

Security is one of the most important and basic elements of any government. Most theoretical foundations in the field of security studies are from Western texts. There have been some attempts to localize these studies in recent years, but there is still much work to do. The purpose of this article is to attempt to reach this goal by attempting to take a step in this important direction by content analysis method of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny. The reason for Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny’s election is that in the early years of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, he was responsible for securing the country in two important organizations, the Islamic Revolutionary Committee and the Ministry of the Interior. Researchers seek to answer the question of what dimensions and priorities should be found in Ayatollah Mahdi’s conception of security. To answer this question, two sets of sources were examined, each of which merely promoted one piece of work. By carefully examining the theoretical sources in the field of security and the sources related to Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani, the authors have finally succeeded in dissecting the dimensions of security from their point of view so that the output of this research will greatly contribute to indigenous security studies. The result shows that: Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny, while accepting the common dimensions of security, but believes that the basis of these dimensions must be Islam and Islamic culture and, above all, the ethical dimension of Islam, because if not so many grand plans, They will not reach their true home, and instead of building on ethics, they will be shaped by inappropriate policies.
