نمادپردازی «آتش» در فرهنگ شفاهی مردم روستای سَطوه

از بنیادی ترین عناصری که از دیرباز تاریخ در تکوین سرشت و سرنوشت بشر نقش داشته، آتش است. اهمیت آتش در زندگی اقوام کهن روشن تر از آن است که نیازمند بازگفت باشد. بسیاری از آیین ها، رسوم و جشن های اقوام متعدد دنیا با این عنصر پیوستگی تام دارد. پژوهش پیش‌رو بر آن است تا در قالب پارادایم توصیفی تحلیلی و با اتکا به داده های مبتنی‌بر مشاهده، مصاحبۀ حضوری و تحلیل فرهنگی محتوا، به تبیین و تحلیل کارکردهای فرهنگی و دینی عنصر آتش در فرهنگ شفاهی مردم روستای سَطوه از توابع شهرستان شاهرود بپردازد. در همین راستا نمودها و جلوه های نمادین حضور آتش در واژگان، امثال و کنایات، بومی‌سرودها و باورهای عامۀ مردم سطوه شناسایی، بررسی و تحلیل شده است. نتیجۀ پژوهش نشان می دهد عنصر آتش به مثابۀ بوده ای اهورایی در زیرساخت باورهای مردم روستای سطوه، در افقی فرهنگی و فراتر از یکی از عناصر چهارگانۀ هستی، ایفای نقش می کند. درآمیختن باورهای ایران باستان با اندیشه های اسلامی این عنصر را در باور مردم این دیار در جایگاهی سپند نشانده که نماد نور، الوهیت و رمزی از حقیقت و راستی است. در مقابل آن، رمزهای اهریمنی و شیطانی با نمادهایی همچون »سگ سیاه « برجسته شده که نمودگار ظلمت، اهریمن (شیطان) و ناراستی است.

Symbolism of Fire in the Folklore of the People in Satveh Village

Fire is the most important element that has played a role in the evolution of human nature and society for a long time. Its importance in the lives of the ancient tribes is unquestionable. Many rituals, customs, and celebrations of various nations of the world are completely associated with this element. In a descriptiveanalytical paradigm and relying on the observational data, facetoface interviews, and cultural content analysis, the present study aims to explain and analyze the cultural and religious functions of fire in the oral culture of the people in Satveh village in Shahroud city. In this regard, the symbolic manifestations of fire in the dialectical words, proverbs, allusions, and popular beliefs of Satveh people have been identified, studied, and analyzed. The result of the study shows that fire, as a sacred phenomenon, plays a role in the cultural horizon, and besides the four elements in the world, there is a cultural presence in the beliefs of the people of Satveh village. Combining the Iranian ancient beliefs with the Islamic ideas has set fire in a sublime and spiritual position in beliefs of these people. Fire is a symbol of light, divinity, and truth. On the contrary, the demonic symbols are highlighted with creatures such as black dog , which is a symbol of darkness, devil, and iniquity.
