چکیده
|
Introduction: toxoplasma gondii is one of the most frequent infectious parasites distributed worldwide. case presentation: a 26-year-old male patient was diagnosed as hiv positive. finally, immunological and biological studies showed increased neutrophils count, increased c-reactive protein and positive toxo-igg. conclusions: it seems that checking the level of toxo-igg in patients with hiv infection is needed and in case of uncertainty, the magnetic resonance imaging (mri) will be helpful.
