چکیده    Inherited defects of uridine 5'-diphospho-glucuronosyltransferase (udpgt) can cause congenital unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia. the perioperative anesthetic management of such patients poses several challenges. here we report a case of bilateral carcinoma breast with congenital unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia posted for bilateral modified radical mastectomy. the patient was administered general anesthesia with no perioperative deterioration of liver function.
