بررسی ارتباط بین مشخصات فردیاجتماعی بیماران دچار زندگی نباتی با نشانه‌های روانی در مراقبین خانوادگی

مقدمه: مراقبت از بیماران در منزل سلامت روانی مراقبین را تهدید میکند و منجر به ایجاد نشانه های روانی میشود. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط بین مشخصات فردی اجتماعی بیماران دچار زندگی نباتی با نشانه های روانی در مراقبین خانوادگی بود.روش کار: در مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی حاضر، 80 نفر از مراقبین بیماران نباتی ناشی از تصادف با وسایل نقلیه موتوری مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی پورسینا شهر رشت در سال 1392 شرکت داشتند. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی اجتماعی و چک لیست نشانه های روانی scl90r استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آزمونهای آماری آنالیز واریانس، تی تست و آزمون نا پارامتری کروسکال والیس و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 18 انجام شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین نشانه روانی در مراقبین شامل اختلال شکایت جسمانی و اضطراب بوده و کمترین نشانه مربوط به اختلال وسواسیجبری بود. همچنین نتایج بیانگر آن بود که میانگین نمره شاخص کلی مرضی مراقبین با سطح هوشیاری بیمار، سیکل خواب و بیداری، پاسخ گویی عاطفی بیمار و نیز نوع رابطه خویشاوندی در ارتباط میباشد (0/05> p).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های مطالعه حاضر مراقبین بیماران نباتی با اختلال شکایت جسمانی و اضطراب بسیار زیادی مواجه هستند، بنابراین توجه به نشانه های روانی مراقبین این دسته از بیماران میبایست مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Investigation of the Relationship Between IndividualSocial Characteristics of Patients in Vegetative State and Psychological Symptoms in Family Caregivers

Introduction: Home care threatens caregivers' psychological health, leading to creation of psychological symptoms. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between individualsocial characteristics of patients in vegetative state and psychological symptoms in family caregivers.Methods: In the present crosssectional study conducted in 2013, 80 caregivers of patients in vegetative states, caused by a motor vehicle accident, referred to Poursina teaching hospital the city of Rasht, Iran participated. In this study, the questionnaire of individualsocial characteristics and SCL90R psychological symptoms checklist were used. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests; ANOVA, ttest and KruskalWallis nonparametric tests as well as SPSS version 18.Results: The results showed that most frequent psychological symptoms in caregivers included of somatoform complaint disorder and anxiety and the least frequent ones were obsessivecompulsive disorders. The results also demonstrated that the mean score of global severity indices (GSI) were connected with patientamp;rsquo;s level of consciousness, rhythm of sleep and wakefulness, emotional response and also type of family relationship (P < 0.05).Conclusions: Regarding the findings of the present study, caregivers of vegetative state patients are faced with a great number of disorders of somatoform complaint and anxiety. Therefore, psychological symptoms of caregivers of these patients should be considered.
