مقایسه رضایت زناشویی و سلامت عمومی بین مبتلایان سرطانی با تخلیه پستان، حفظ پستان و افراد عادی شهر تهران

مقدمه: علی رغم پیشرفت های قابل توجه علم پزشکی، سرطان پستان هم چنان به عنوان یکی از مهمترین بیماری ها، شایع ترین‬‬ ‫سرطان و دومین علت مرگ در میان زنان به شمار می رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سلامت عمومی و رضایت زناشویی بین مبتلایان سرطانی با تخلیه پستان، حفظ پستان و زنان عادی شهر تهران صورت پذیرفت. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ روش ها: روش پژوهش حاضر، به دلیل عدم دخالت پژوهشگران در دستکاری متغیرهای پژوهش، علی مقایسه ای بود. جامعه پژوهش مطالعه حاضر را زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان که تحت عمل جراحی کامل و یا حفظ پستان قرار گرفته بودند تشکیل می داد. برای هر یک از افراد سه گروه (مبتلایان‬‬ ‫سرطانی با تخلیه پستان، حفظ پستان و افراد عادی) 80 نفر با شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس از بین مراجعان مراکز درمانی و بیمارستانهای خاص شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه های سلامت‬‬ ‫عمومی (ghq) و رضایت زناشویی (enrich) بود. داده های به دست آمده به وسیله تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی توسط نسخه 20 نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات رضایت زناشوئی و سلامت عمومی در سه گروه مبتلایان سرطانی با تخلیه پستان، حفظ پستان و زنان عادی تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (01/0>p). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، زنان دارای سرطان پستان علاوه بر مشکلات جسمی، دارای مشکلات روان شناختی نیز هستند که بنظرمی رسد علت اصلی مشکلات روانی آنها نیز مشکلات جسمی شان می باشد؛ بنابراین می بایست در کنار درمان های جسمی، نسبت به این مشکلات نیز توجه کافی صورت پذیرد.

Comparison of Marital Satisfaction and General Health among breast cancer patients with breast evacuation, breast keeping and Cancer free women in Tehran

Introduction: Despite outstanding progresses in medical science and technology, breast cancer is still considered one of the most important diseases and the most prevalent women's cancer and the second cause of death among them. The present study was conducted aiming to compare general health and marital satisfaction of breast cancer survivors with mastectomy, breast preservation and cancer free women in Tehran. Methods: The present study had a cross sectional, causal comparative design. The statistical population included breast cancer survivors who had undergone mastectomy or surgery with breast preservation and normal women in the city of Tehran. We recruited 80 women for each group (mastectomy group, breast preservation and cancer free women) using convenience sampling method from specialized medical centers of Tehran. The instruments were general health questionnaire (GHQ) and ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS software ver.20 via oneway ANOVA and post hoc Tukey tests. Results: the results showed that there is a significant difference between the mean scores of marital satisfaction and general health in the three groups (p<0.01). Conclusion: according to the findings of the study, the physical problems resulting from breast cancer damages psychological wellbeing of the survivors too, so it seems necessary to take into account appropriate psychological interventions as needed.
