مقایسه ابعاد جسمانی و روانی کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در افراد معتاد و همتایان عادی

مقدمه: اعتیاد از جمله مهمترین مشکلات قرن حاضر میباشد که میتواند پایه و اساس بسیاری از معضلات اجتماعی و خانوادگی گردد. اعتیاد سلامت جسمانی و روانی افراد معتاد را به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه ی ابعاد جسمانی و روانی کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در افراد معتاد و همتایان عادی بود. روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی مقایسه ای بود. نمونه پژوهش این مطالعه 50 نفر از افراد معتاد و 50 نفر از همتایان عادی آنها بر اساس روش نمونه گیری در دسترس در شهرستان تبریز بود. داده ها با کمک پرسشنامه ویژگی های دموگرافیک و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت گردآوری شد. داده ها به کمک نسخه 20 نرم افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش آمار توصیفی و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (manova) استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد جسمانی و روانی کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در افراد معتاد و همتایان عادی در مولفه های سلامت عمومی، عملکرد جسمانی، محدودیت ایفای نقش به دلایل جسمانی و عاطفی، درد بدنی، انرژی و شادابی و سلامت روانی تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد (01/0>p)؛ اما در مولفه ی عملکرد اجتماعی بین دو گروه تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از کیفیت زندگی پایین افراد معتاد بود. نتیجه گیری: ابعاد جسمانی و روانی کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در افراد معتاد و همتایان عادی با یکدیگر تفاوت معنیداری دارند. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند کاربردهای مهمی در امر مراقبت و توانبخشی افراد معتاد داشته باشد. در توانبخشی افراد معتاد یکی از اهداف مهم باید بهبود کیفیت زندگی این افراد درنظر گرفته شود.

The Comparison of physical and mental dimensions of healthrelated quality of life in addicts and healthy people

Introduction: Addiction is one of the most important problems of the present century, which could be the basis for many of the social and family problems. Physical and mental health in addicts people is severely affected by Addiction. The purpose of this study was to compare mental and physical dimensions of healthrelated quality of life in addicts and healthy people. Methods: This was a comparative amp;ndash; correlational study. A sample of 50 addicted and 50 healthy counterparts in the city of Tabriz were selected based on convenience sampling method. Demographic and healthrelated quality of life data were collected using pertaining questionnaires. These data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software. Descriptive and multivariate analysis (MANOVA) was conducted on collected data. Results: The results showed that the physical and mental aspects of healthrelated quality of life between addicts and their healthy peers (components of general health perceptions, physical functioning, role limitations due to physical problems, role limitations due to emotional problems, bodily pain, vitality and general mental health) differed significantly. However, no significant differences were found between two groups in social functioning. In general health related quality of life of addicts estimated as more lower than healthy counter parts. Conclusions: Physical and mental of healthrelated quality of life between addicts and healthy people differed significantly. The findings could have important implications in the care and rehabilitation of addicts. Substance abuse rehabilitation centers should consider promotion of health related quality of life of their clients as a high priority therapeutic objective.
