موانع اشتغال معلولین جسمی- حرکتی: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: از جمله دغدغه های اصلی معلولین و خانواده های آنها، مسئله ی اشتغال این افراد می باشد که بررسی همه جانبه ی آن مورد تاکید بسیاری از متخصصین حوزه مشاوره می باشد. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کیفی موانع اشتغال معلولین مرد جسمی- حرکتی انجام گرفت. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی و به لحاظ اجرا به روش تجربه زیسته انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش حاضر کلیه ی معلولین جسمی- حرکتی شهر یزد در سال 1401 بودند. در این پژوهش نمونه آماری به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و در دسترس از میان جنس مردان انتخاب شد. حجم نمونه تا رسیدن به اشباع داده ها ادامه داشت و در نهایت 12 مصاحبه انجام شده است. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از روش کدگذاری به روش هفت مرحله ای کلایزی استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه ها نشان داد که موانع اشتغال معلولین در سه مضمون اصلی 1.محیط و اجتماع 2.خانواده  3.فردی و درونی قابل بررسی است. همچنین، در خصوص موانع اشتغال معلولین جسمی- حرکتی 18 مضمون فرعی شناسایی شد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تفاوت های ویژه ای که در معلولیت ها مشاهده می شود، این افراد با موانع بسیاری در زمینه اشتغال مواجه هستند که در این نوشتار به بررسی آنها پرداخته شده است بنابراین به منظور کاهش موانع اشتغال معلولین نیازمند برنامه ریزی ساختاری و کاربردی در سطوح مختلف هستیم که این امر تحقق یابد.

barriers to the employment of physically-motor disabled people: a qualitative study

introduction: one of the primary concerns for individuals with disabilities and their families is the issue of employment. this concern is emphasized by many counseling experts. with this in mind, the current study aims to qualitatively investigate the barriers to employment for physically-motor disabled men.methods: this research is qualitative in nature, utilizing a phenomenological approach. the study was conducted using the method of lived experience. the population of interest consisted of all individuals with physical-motor disabilities in yazd city in 2022. the sample for this research was selected from men using targeted and accessible sampling. the sample size continued until data saturation was reached, resulting in 12 interviews. the data was analyzed using the seven-step claizey coding method.results: the interviews revealed three main themes related to the barriers to employment for people with disabilities: 1) environmental and societal factors, 2) family factors, and 3) individual and internal factors. additionally, 18 sub-themes were identified regarding the employment barriers for individuals with physical-motor disabilities.conclusion: due to the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, many obstacles exist in the realm of employment. this article investigates and highlights these obstacles. in order to mitigate the barriers to employment for people with disabilities, a program is needed. structural and functional planning at various levels is necessary to address this issue.
