اثربخشی موسیقی درمانی بر رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان و عملکردهای اجرایی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم

مقدمه: اتیسم یک اختلال عصبی‌رشدی است که باعث ایجاد و افزایش مشکلات روانشناختی می‌شود. بنابراین، هدف این العه تعیین اثربخشی موسیقی درمانی بر رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان و عملکردهای اجرایی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم بود.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش پسران مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره و کار درمانی شهر اهواز در نیمه دوم سال 1400 بودند که از میان آنها 24 نفر پس از بررسی ملاک‌های ورود به مطالعه با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی ساده با قرعه‌کشی در دو گروه مساوی گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای با روش موسیقی درمانی آموزش دید و گروه گواه در لیست انتظار برای آموزش ماند. داده‌ها با فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سیاهه خودآسیب‌رسانی و مقیاس عملکرد اجرایی گردآوری و با آزمون‌های کای اسکوئر و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه از نظر سن، پایه تحصیلی و مدت گذشته از اختلال اتیسم تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند (0/05p>). همچنین، موسیقی درمانی باعث کاهش معنی‌دار رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان و بهبود معنی‌دار عملکردهای اجرایی شامل خودمدیریتی زمان، خودسازماندهی/ حل مسئله، خودکنترلی/ بازداری، خودانگیزشی و خودنظم‌جویی هیجان در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم شد (0/001p<).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان‌دهنده نقش موثر موسیقی درمانی در کاهش رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان و بهبود عملکردهای اجرایی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم بود. بنابراین، استفاده از موسیقی درمانی در کنار سایر روش‌های درمانی برای بهبود ویژگی‌های روانشناختی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اتیسم می‌تواند موثر واقع شود.

the effectiveness of music therapy on self harm behaviors and executive functions in children with autism disorder

introduction: the autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder, which causes and increases psychological problems. therefore, the aim of this study was determining the effectiveness of music therapy on self harm behaviors and executive functions in children with autism disorder.methods: the present research was a quasi experimental study with pretest and posttest design with a control group. the research population was male with autistic disorder that referred to counseling and occupational therapy centers of ahvaz city in the second half of 2021 year, which from them number of 24 people after reviewing the inclusion criteria were selected by purposive sampling method and by simple randomly with lottery assigned into two equal groups. the experimental group trained 10 sessions of 45 minutes by music therapy method and the control group remained on the waiting list for training. data were collected with demographic information form, self harm inventory and executive function scale and were analyzed by chi square and multivariate analysis of covariance tests in spss version 23 software.results: the findings showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of age, educational grad and past time of autism disorder (p>0.05). also, music therapy significantly reduced self harm behaviors and significantly improved executive functions including self management to time, self organization/problem solving, self restraint/inhibition, self motivation and self regulation of emotion in children with autism disorder (p<0.001).conclusion: the results of this research showed the effective role of music therapy in reducing self harm behaviors and improving executive functions of children with autism disorder. therefore, the use of music therapy along with other treatment methods can be effective to improve the psychological characteristics of children with autism disorder.
