اثربخشی آموزش والدینی گروه‌محور بر کاهش رفتارهای منفی کودکان 6 تا 8 سال

مقدمه: کاهش رفتارهای منفی کودکان تحت تاثیر شیوه تربیت و برخورد والدین قرار دارد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف اثربخشی آموزش والدینی گروه‌محور بر کاهش رفتارهای منفی کودکان 6 تا 8سال انجام شد. روش :این مطالعه با رویکردکمّی و به روش نیمه‌آزمایشی و با به‌کارگیری طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از مادران کودکان 6 تا 8سال در شهر اردکان در سال 1401-1402 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری (آزمایش و کنترل) جایگزین شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسش‌نامه‌ استاندارد فرم والدین مشکلات رفتاری کودکان شهیم و یوسفی (1378) پاسخ دادند. سپس، پروتکل آموزش والدینی گروه‌محور نیز در طی 8 جلسه 1.5 ساعته به گروه آزمایش آموزش داده شد در حالی که اعضای گروه گواه هیچگونه مداخله‌ای را دریافت نکردند. در پایان نیز داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار spss-26 و آزمون‌ تحلیل کوواریانس، تحلیل شدند. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش والدینی گروه‌محور بر اساس تعامل زمان و عضویت گروهی، بر کاهش رفتارهای منفی کودکان 6 تا 8 سال شامل نقص‌توجه (f=111/03, p= 0/001)، ترس (f=20/71, p= 0/001)، پرخاشگری (f= 120/09, p= 0/001) و بهبود رفتار اجتماعی (f= 6/59, p= 0/009) تاثیر معناداری داشته است.نتیجه گیری: بنابراین نتیجه می‌گیریم که آموزش والدینی گروه‌محور برکاهش رفتارهای منفی کودکان 6 تا 8سال، می‌تواند گزینه مناسبی برای کاهش رفتارهای منفی کودکان 6 تا 8سال باشد. لذا برگزاری جلسات اولیاء و مربیان با این محتوا، در مدارس ضروری است تا این مهارت‌ها به والدین آموزش داده شود.

the effectiveness of group parenting training on reducing negative behaviors of 6-8 year old children

introduction: the mental health and reduction of children’s negative behaviors are influenced by their parent’s  way of acting or traning. and the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of group-based parenting education on reducing negative behaviors in 6 to 8-year-old children.methods: this research was conducted using a quantitative approach and a semi-experimental design with pretest-posttest implementation, along with a control group. the statistical population of the study consisted of mothers of 6 to 8-year-old children in the city of ardakan in 2023. through convenient sampling, 30 individuals were selected as the sample and randomly assigned to two groups of 15 (experimental and control groups). participants responded to the standard questionnaire on children’s behavioral problems by shahem and yousefi (1378). then, the protocol of group-based parenting education was provided to the experimental group through eight ninety-minute sessions. but the members of the control group did not receive any interventions. finally, the research data were analyzed using spss-26 and ancova. result: the results showed that group-based parenting training based on the interaction of time and group membership had a significant effect on reducing the negative behaviors of 6-8 year old children including, attention deficit (f=111/03, p= 0/001), fear (f=20/71, p= 0/001), aggression (f= 120/09, p= 0/001) and improving social behavior (f= 6/59, p= 0/009).conclusions: therefore, we conclude that group-based parenting education is an appropriate option for reducing negative behaviors in 6 to 8-year-old children. it is necessary to hold parent-teacher conferences with this content in schools to help parents with acquiring the skills.
