مصادیق کودک آزاری از دیدگاه والدین: تحلیل محتوای کیفی

مقدمه: کودکان به دلائل مختلف همواره جزءآسیب‌پذیرترین اقشار جامعه هستند و برای محافظت از خود به کمک بزرگسالان از جمله والدین خود نیاز دارند که در صورت ناشایستگی والدین، مسائلی ازجمله کودک‌آزاری توسط آن ها رخ خواهد داد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه های والدین در باب مصادیق کودک آزاری انجام یافت. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی بوده و مشارکت کنندگان از میان والدینی که فرزندان آن ها در مدارس ابتدایی شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی 97-96 مشغول تحصیل بودند انتخاب شدند و با 31 نفر از آن ها مصاحبه انجام گرفت. روش اصلی جمع آوری داده ها، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند با سوالات باز بود و داده ها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی تحلیل شدند. صحّت و اعتبار مطالعه حاضر ریشه در چهار محور « باورپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، تصدیق پذیری و اطمینان‌پذیری» داشت. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل شده در قالب سه مقوله اصلی شامل مفهوم کودک آزاری، دامنه کودک آزاری و کمبودهای کودک آزاری بودند. نتیجه گیری: دامنه آگاهی والدین مشارکت کننده، در رابطه با سه مفهوم جسمانی، عاطفی و غفلت کودک آزاری خوب بود امّا دیدگاه آن ها در رابطه با کودک آزاری جنسی محدود بود و بیش تر روی جنبه های شناخته شده آن متمرکز می شد. تاکید آن ها روی مرتفع کردن مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی و راهکارهایی جهت افزایش محبت در خانواده ها بیانگر عمق توجه آن ها به ریشه های این معضل جهت پیشگیری و کنترل آن بود.  افزون براین ها، ضریب آسیب پذیری کودکان در جامعه فعلی افزایش یافته است و به ویژه کودک آزاری جنسی حسّاسیت بیش تری را تولید کرده است لذا؛ لزوم آگاه‌سازی والدین از کودک آزاری برای ممانعت و پیشگیری از آن بیش‌ازپیش احساس می شود در این راستا؛ نقش مراجع آموزشی از قبیل مدارس و رسانه ها بسیار مهم بوده و ضرورت دارد تا برنامه های آموزشی لازم را برای والدین و کودکان در این حیطه تدارک ببینند.

exemplary child abuse from parents' perspectives: qualitative content analysis

introduction:children for various reasons are always among the most vulnerable in society. they do not have the ability to protect themselves and need to help of adults including their parents and in the case of parents incompetency, issue including child abuse will occur. therefore the current research was conducted to study the parent’s perspectives from child abuse.method: the present study was a qualitative research.  the statistical population all of parents whose children were studying in primary schools in a district of tabriz in 2018 and interview was conducted with 31 people.  the main method of data collection was semi structured interviews with open questions and the data were analyzed by inductive analysis of qualitative content. the validity and reliability of this study was rooted in four axes of credibility, transferability, and reconceptualization and trustworthiness .results: data analysis led to the extraction of 3 main categories, including the concept of child abuse, the range of child abuse and child abuse of deficiencies.conclusion: parents’ awareness of the three concepts of child physical abuse, child emotional abuse and child abuse neglected was good, but their level of knowledge about child sexual abuse was limited and focused more on its known aspects. their emphasis on solving economic and social problems and ways to increase affection in their families reflects the depth of their attention to the roots of this problem to prevent and control it. in addition, the vulnerability rate of children in the current society has increased and in particular, child sexual abuse has increased more sensitivity; therefore, the need for parents awareness a to be informed of child abuse for preventing it is felt more and more. in this regard; the role of educational authorities such as schools and the media is very important and it is necessary to provide educational programs for parents and children in this field.
