اثربخشی هنر-بازی‌درمانی شناختی-رفتاری و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر روابط والد-کودک در کودکان تک والد

مقدمه: کودکان تک والد از زمره کودکانی هستند که نیازمند توجه جدی از طرف جامعه درمانی و آموزشی هستند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی هنربازی‌درمانی شناختی-رفتاری و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر روابط والد-کودک بر کیفیت تعاملات والد-کودک در کودکان تک والد اجرا شد.روش: روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 54 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله وگروه کنترل (هر گروه 18 نفر) گمارده شدند. از پرسشنامه تعاملات والد-کودک برای سنجش متغیر وابسته استفاده شد. دو گروه هنربازی‌درمانی شناختی-رفتاری و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر روابط والد-کودک طی 10 جلسه (90 تا 120 دقیقه هر جلسه) تحت درمان قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچگونه درمانی دریافت نکرد. نتایج : در کیفیت تعاملات والد-کودک بین گروه هنربازی‌درمانی شناختیرفتاری و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر روابط والد-کودک با گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0/01>p). همچنین بین گروه هنربازی‌درمانی شناختی-رفتاری و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر روابط والد-کودک در تاثیر بر کیفیت تعاملات والد کودک تفاوت معناداری به دست نیامد (0/05

Effectiveness of Cognitive-Behavioral Art-Play Therapy and Play Therapy based on Child-Parent Relationships among Single Parents’ Children

Introduction: Singleparent children are among the children who need serious attention from the therapeutic and training community. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitivebehavioral artplay therapy and play therapy based on childparent relationships on the quality of childparent interactions among single parents rsquo; children.Methods: The research method was two stages quasiexperimental with pretest and posttest and a control group. 54 single parents rsquo; children were selected through purposive sampling and then randomly assigned to two intervening groups and a control group (each with 18 children). The childparent interactions Questionnaire was used to measure the dependent variable. Cognitivebehavioral artplay therapy and play therapy based on childparent relationships groups were treated in 10 sessions (90 to 120 minutes in each session) respectively, and the control group did not receive any treatment.Results: In the quality of childparent interactions variable there was a significant difference between cognitivebehavioral artplay therapy and play therapy based on childparent relationships with the control group (P<0.01). Also, there was no significant difference between the effectiveness of cognitivebehavioral artplay therapy and play therapy based on the quality of childparent relationships on quality of childparent interactions (P>0.05).Conclusion: Due to the effectiveness of cognitivebehavioral artplay therapy and play therapy based on parentchild relationships on increasing the quality of parentchild interactions, it is recommended to use these two therapies in treatment centers for singleparent children.
