نقش واسطه‌ای انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه مقابله مذهبی با پریشانی روانشناختی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان خون

مقدمه: سرطان یک بیماری مزمن و دومین علت اصلی مرگ در کودکان است. مادران کودکان مبتلا به سرطان به عنوان یکی از اعضاء مراقب کننده کودکان، با مشکلات روانشناختی مواجه هستند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطه ای انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه راهبردهای مقابله مذهبی با پریشانی روانشناختی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان خون بود.روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری کلیه مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به بیماری سرطان خو ن مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان های شهر تهران در سال 1399 بودند. حجم نمونه 213 نفر و به شیوه نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس انتخاب‌ و به پرسشنامه پریشانی روانشناختی کسلر(k10)، پرسشنامه راهبردهای مقابله مذهبی(rcq) و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل نسخه دوم(aaqii) پاسخ دادند. سپس الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد.یافته ها: مسیرهای مستقیم مقابله مذهبی منفی و انعطاف پذیری بر پریشانی روانشناختی معنادار شدند. اما مسیر مستقیم مقابله مذهبی مثبت بر پریشانی روانشناختی معنادر نبود همچنین اثرات غیرمستقیم راهبردهای مقابله مذهبی از طریق نقش واسطه ای انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی بر پریشانی روانشناختی معنادار بود.نتیجه گیری : مدل ساختاری اصلاح شده پژوهش برازش مطلوبی داشت و این گام مهمی در جهت شناخت عوامل موثر بر پریشانی روانشناختی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان می باشد.

The mediating role of psychological flexibility in relation to religious coping with psychological distress of mothers with children with leukemia

Introduction: Cancer is the second leading cause of death in children and mothers are one of the care team who facing psychological problems. The purpose of this study was to mediate the role of psychological flexibility in relation to religious coping strategies with the psychological distress of mothers of children with leukemia cancer. Method: The descriptivecorrelation method was used. The statistical population consists of all mothers with children with leukemia cancer referred to hospitals in Tehran in 20192020. In this study, according to the convenience sampling method, 230 mothers were selected as samples and they were asked to Kessler of psychological distress scale (K10), religious coping questionnaire (RCQ), and acceptance and action questionnaireII (AAQII). Then the proposed model was analyzed through structural equation modeling. Results: The direct paths of negative religious coping strategy and psychological flexibility on psychological distress were significant. Also, indirect relationship religious coping strategy with psychological distress through moderating role psychological flexibility was significant.Conclusion: The structural model of research was fit and is an important step in identifying the factors that are effective in the psychological distress of mothers of children with cancer.
