اثربخشی آموزش دلبستگی محور به شیوه پسخوراند ویدیویی بر پیوند والدینی کودکان دارای اختلال رفتاری

مقدمه: اختلال رفتاری در کودکان باعث درماندگی در عملکرد تحصیلی و رفتاری و همچنین کاهش میزان کارایی آنها می شود. هدف پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش دلبستگی محور به شیوه پسخوراند ویدیویی بر پیوند والدینی کودکان دارای اختلال رفتاری بوده است.روش‌ : پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه ی نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش شامل کودکان 10 تا 12 سال مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری (طبق تشخیص روانشناسان کودک یا روانپزشکان اطفال شهر ساری) و والدین آن ها (مادر یا پدر) که از تیر تا آذر ماه سال 1398 به مراکز مشاوره تحت نظارت بهزیستی ساری مراجعه کرده اند، بوده اند. تعداد 20 نمونه (20 شامل کودک با یکی از والدین آن ها) در قالب 2 گروه 10 نفره به شیوه هدفمند بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده ها شامل نسخه والدین پرسشنامه اختلال رفتاری کودکان راتر (1994)، آزمون نقاشی آدمک گودیناف (1920) و پرسشنامه پیوند والدینی (رابطه والدکودک) پیانتا (1994) بود. آموزش دلبستگی محور به شیوه پسخوراند ویدیویی طی 10 جلسه (طی سه ماه، هفته ای یک جلسه) به گروه آزمایشی ارائه شد، در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. داده ها با استفاده از روشهای آماری شامل میانگین، انحراف معیار و تحلیل کوواریانس و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 25 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.نتایج: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که آموزش دلبستگی محور به شیوه پسخوراند ویدیویی بر پیوند والدینی و مولفه های آن در کودکان دارای اختلال رفتاری تاثیر معناداری داشت (0/01 >p).نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی نتایج حاکی از تاثیر آموزش دلبستگی محور به شیوه پسخوراند ویدیویی که می تواند به عنوان روشی موثر در بهبود پیوند والدینی کودکان دارای اختلال رفتاری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Effectiveness of video-based attachment-based education on parental bonding of children with behavioral disorders

Introduction: Behavioral disorders in children cause helplessness in academic and behavioral performance and also reduce their efficiency. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of videobased attachmentbased education on parental bonding of children with behavioral disorders.Method: The present study was a quasiexperimental study with a pretest and posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of this study includes children 10 to 12 years old with behavioral disorders (according to the diagnosis of child psychologists or child psychiatrists in Sari) and their parents (mother or father) who from July to December 1398 to counseling centers under the supervision of welfare They have been to Sari. A total of 20 samples (20 including children with one of their parents) in the form of 2 groups of 10 people were purposefully selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection tools included the parents #39; version of the Rutter Child Behavior Disorder Questionnaire (1994), the Goodenough Puppet Painting Test (1920), and the Pianta ChildParent Relationship Scale (1994). Video feedback attachment training was provided to the experimental group in 10 sessions (three months, one week per week), while the control group received no training. data were analyzed using statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, and analysis of covariance and using SPSS software version 25. Results: The results of the analysis of covariance showed that attachmentbased education through the video feedback method had a significant effect on parental bonding and its components in children with behavioral disorders (p <0.01). Conclusions: In general, the results indicate the effect of attachmentbased education training on video feedback, which can be used as an effective way to improve parental bonding of children with behavioral disorders.
