شیوع انطباق‌های خانوادگی و ارتباط آن با شدت اضطراب کودکان مضطرب

مقدمه: مطالعات گذشته نقش انطباق خانوادگی در هر یک از اختلال‌های اضطرابی دوره کودکی را مشخص نکرده‌اند. به همین خاطر، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان انطباق خانوادگی و ارتباط آن با شدت اضطراب کودکان مضطرب بود.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفیهمبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر را تمامی دانش آموزان پایه اول دبستان شهر ملایر تشکیل داده بودکه به شیوه خوشه‌ای تصادفی، 488 نفر انتخاب شده بودند و از بین آن‌ها تمامی 127 کودک دچار اضطراب موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه اضطراب اسپنس (اسپنس، 1998) و پرسشنامه انطباق خانوادگی (لبوویتز و همکاران، 2013). برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.نتایج: نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که تمام والدین کودکان مضطرب، مرتکب انطباق خانوادگی می‌شدند، همچنین، بیشترین انطباقی که توسط والدین انجام می‌شد، اطمینان‌دهی بود. همچنین انطباق‌های خانوادگی با همه مشکلاتی اضطرابی (به‌جز اضطراب فراگیر) ارتباط مثبت و معناداری داشت (p<0/05) نتیجه‌گیری: انطباق‌های خانوادگی در بین خانواده‌های کودکان مضطرب به‌صورت کامل شایع است و با تسهیل اجتناب، به تداوم مشکلات اضطرابی کودکان کمک می‌کنند.

The prevalence of family accommodation and its relation with anxiety in anxious children

Introduction: the previous studies have not identified the role of family accommodation in each of childhood anxiety disorders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the family accommodation rate and its relation to the severity of anxiety in anxious children.Method: This is a descriptive correlational study. The study population consisted of all primary school students in Malayer primary school. 488 students were selected by random cluster sampling from which all 127 children with anxiety were studied. Research instruments were Spence Anxiety Questionnaire (Spence, 1998) and the Family accommodation Questionnaire (Lebowitz et al., 2013). Pearson correlation coefficient was used for data analysis.Results: All parents of anxious children performed family accommodation, as well as the most accommodation performed by parents, with reassurance. Also, family accommodation was positively and significantly associated with all anxiety problems (except generalized anxiety) (p <0.05).Conclusion: Family accommodations are quite common among families of anxious children and facilitate the avoidance of anxiety and contribute to the continuation of childrenchr('39')s anxiety problems
