تاثیر خودمختاری و تمرکز توجه بیرونی بر اجرای مهارت دستخط در کودکان با اختلال بیش فعالی

مقدمه: بر اساس نظریه یادگیری حرکتی بهینه، عوامل خودمختاری و تمرکز توجه بیرونی، عملکرد و یادگیری مهارت های حرکتی را تسهیل می کنند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر عوامل خودمختاری، تمرکز توجه و ترکیب این عوامل بر اجرای مهارت دست خط در کودکان با اختلال بیش فعالی بود.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را تمامی کودکان کلاس دوم و سوم ابتدایی استان بابل در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396، تشکیل داد. برای غربالگری کودکان مبتلا به adhd از مقیاس های معلم و والدین کانرز استفاده شد. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. نمونه شامل 24 کودک بود که در گروه آزمایش 12 کودک و در گروه کنترل 12 کودک گمارده شدند. سپس از ابزار ارزیابی دست نویس فارسی حوائی و همکاران برای سنجش دستخط کودکان به عنوان پیش‌آزمون برای هر دو گروه استفاده شد. کودکان گروه آزمایش در موقعیت های خودمختاری و تمرکز توجه بیرونی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. در پایان این دوره ابزار سنجش دستخط کودکان به عنوان پس‌آزمون در مورد هر دو گروه اجرا شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس در سطح (p<0/001) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کودکان با اختلال بیش فعالی گروه آزمایش در موقعیت کنترل/خودمختاری نسبت به موقعیت های دیگر عملکرد بهتری داشتند (p<0/001). تفاوت معنی دار دیگری بین موقعیت های دیگر مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج این پژوهش، بهبود مهارت دستخط، خودمختاری موثرتر از تمرکز توجه بیرونی می باشد و ویژگی اجرای خودکار مهارت دستخط در کودکان و همچنین اهمیت خودمختاری برای بهبود مهارت دستخط نشان داده شد.

The effect of autonomy factors, focus attention and the combination of these factors on the implementation of hands-on skills in children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder

Introduction:Based on the theory of optimal motor learning, autonomic factors and the focus of external attention facilitate the performance and learning of motor skills. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of autonomy factors, focus attention and the combination of these factors on the implementation of handson skills in children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder.Methods: The present study was a quasiexperimental, pretest, posttest, and control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 2nd and 3rd grade elementary school children in Babol province in the academic year 2018. For the screening of children with ADHD, teachers 'and parents' ratios of Conners were used. A sample sampling method was used to select the sample. The sample consisted of 24 children, in the experimental group 12 were children and in control group 12 children. Then, the Farsi Handwriting Assessment Tool was used to measure children's handwriting as a pretest for both groups. The children of the experimental group were placed in the autonomy and focus areas of external attention, and the control group did not receive any interventions. At the end of this period, children's handwriting tools were administered as a posttest for both groups. Data were analyzed using variance analysis at P <0.001 level.Results: The results of the study showed that both children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder had better performance in control / selfcontrol position than other situations (P <0.001). There was no significant difference between the other situations.conclusion:Based on the results of this study, improving handwriting skills, autonomy is more effective than the focus of external attention, and the feature of the automatic implementation of handwriting skills in children as well as the importance of autonomy for improving handwriting skills was shown.
