رهبری خلاق آموزشی و تاثیر آن بر رشد کودک و نوجوان: یک مطالعه مروری

مقدمه: خلاقیت در بالاترین سطح فعالیتهای شناختی انسان است که در فکر، اندیشه، قلم، رفتار و عمل انسان جلوه پیدا می کند. رهبری خلاق ریشه در رهبری تحولی دارد و منظور از آن گسترش و بسط ظرفیت‌ها و توانایی های فردی است که در نقش‌ها یا فرآیندهای رهبری کارآمد باشند و افراد را قادر سازند به طور پربازده با یکدیگر کار کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف »مروری بر منابع علمی در مورد رهبری خلاق آموزشی و بررسی تاثیر آن در رشد کودکان و نوجوانان « صورت گرفت.روش: مقاله حاضر به صورت مروری بر متون و با استفاده ازمطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی در سال 1397انجام شد، کلیدواژه‌های خلاقیت، رهبری و مدیریت، نوآوری سازمانی، مدارس، آموزش و پرورش، و کودکان و نوجوانان به صورت فارسی و انگلیسی در پایگاه داده‌های معتبر از جمله ,noormags, magiran , science direct, database information scientificو google scholar و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای در کتب علمی منتشرشده استفاده شد.یافته ها: با در نظر همه تعاریف رهبری، در چند ویژگی باهم مشترکند که عبارتند از: رهبری یک فرآیند هدفمند و مبتنی بر ارزش و آرمان است و وابسته به وجود گروه، به عبارتی رهبری هنر نفوذ در زیردستان و وابسته به زمینه است. عملکرد خلاقانه زمانی بروز می کند که افراد انگیزش بالایی دارند و درباره عقاید خود اشتیاق دارند و از سائق درونی بالایی برخوردارند. عموماً سه دسته رهبران آموزشی خلاق معرفی شده‌اند: رهبرانی که پارادایم‌ها و الگوهای موجود را می‌پذیرند؛ رهبرانی که پارادایم‌های موجود را نفی می‌کنند؛ و رهبرانی که پارادایم‌های موجود را ترکیب می‌کنند. نتیجه گیری: نوآوری یکی از مهم ترین مشخصه هایی است که در پرورش رهبری خلاق مورد تاکید قرار می گیرد. به طور کلی چهار توانمندی اصلی در رهبری خلاق عبارت از خودآگاهی، چابکی و مهارت یادگیری، تاثیر گذاری و مهارت های ارتباطی هستند. رهبری که خود خلاق باشد و افراد خلاق را درک نمایند، قادر است برای هدایت خلاقیت فرایند کار خلاق را درک کند و می داند چگونه افراد خلاق را برگزیند، قادر به تحریک رفتار خلاق آنان است و در نتیجه فضای لازم و مطلوب جهت پرورش خلاقیت در کودکان و نوجوانان را فراهم می آورد.

Educational Creative Leadership and it's affected in development Child and Adolescent: A Review Study

IntroductionCreativity exists at the highest level of human cognitive activity, which is reflected in human thought, writing, behavior, and action. Creative leadership is a part of transformational leadership, and it means developing the capacities and abilities of individuals who are efficient in leadership maps or processes and enable people to work together effectively. This study aimed to review scientific resources on creative educational leadership and investigation its impact on the development of children and adolescents. MethodThis article was done as a review by applying library and internet studies in 1397. Keywords used Creativity, Leadership and Management, Organizational Innovation, Schools, Education, and Children and Adolescents in Databases such as Noormags, Magiran, Science Direct, Database Information Scientific, and Google Scholar, and Library Studies in Scientific Books Published.ResultAccording to the definitions of leadership, they have the same several characteristics: Leadership is a purposeful process based on values and ideals and depends on the existence of the group, in other words, leadership is the art of influencing followers and related to the field. Creative performance occurs when people are highly motivated, interested in their ideas, and have a strong inner drive. There are generally three categories of creative educational leaders: leaders who accept present paradigms and patterns; leaders who reject present paradigms; and leaders who combine present paradigms.Conclusion Innovation is one of the most important features that it is emphasized in developing creative leadership. Generally, the four main empowerment in creative leadership is selfawareness, agility and learning skills, effectiveness, and communication skills. A leader who is creative and understands creative people. He is able to understand the process of creative work to guide creativity and knows how to choose creative people. He is able to stimulate their creative behavior, and therefore the necessary and desirable situation to promote creativity in Provides children and adolescents.
