بررسی نیاز های هنگام ترخیص از دیدگاه مادران نوزادان بستری در بخش ان ای سی یو

مقدمه: پذیرش و بستری یک نوزاد بیمار در بخش مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان برای والدین تنش زا بوده؛ و والدین را با یکسری از نیازها روبرو می سازد که شناخت این نیازها بخصوص در زمان ترخیص می تواند نگرانی های مادر را در مورد چگونگی مراقبت در منزل کاهش دهد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نیازهای هنگام ترخیص والدین نوزادان بستری در بخش ان ای سی یو انجام گرفت. روش: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی است که حجم نمونه بر اساس مطالعه پایلوت 92 نفر تعیین گردید. اطلاعات در این مطالعه از طریق پرسشنامه های اطلاعات دموگرافیک مادر، پدر و نوزاد و پرسشنامه 56 گویه ای ccfni جمع آوری شد.یافته ها: یافته های مرتبط با نیاز های هنگام ترخیص نشان داد که نیاز های حیطه احساس اطمینان به عنوان مهم ترین نیاز ها(0/21±3/80) و حیطه حمایت بعنوان کم اهمیت ترین نیاز ها (0/33±3/24) از دیدگاه مادران بود، همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین نمره کل حیطه ها با تشخیص نوزاد, سابقه بستری در بخش و نمره کل حیطه ها اختلاف معنی دار وجود داشت(p=0/03).نتیجه گیری: شناسایی نیازهای والدین در فرایند ترخیص نوزاد این امکان را فراهم می آورد که تمرکز کادر درمانی در برآورد کردن آن نیاز ها باشد. این مطالعه نشان داد که نیاز به اطمینان از پر اهمیت ترین نیاز ها می باشد, به طوری که با برطرف کردن نیازها خطر بستری شدن مجدد نوزاد در بخش کاهش پیدا می کند. از طرف دیگر به والدین در افزایش اعتماد به نفس در مراقبت از نوزاد نارس در خانه کمک کننده باشد.

Assessment of discharg needs of mothers in neonatal intensive care units

Introduction: Hospitalization of a sick infant in the neonatal intensive care unit was very stressful for parents. They are faced with a number of needs which recognizing these (needs) particularly at discharge time can bereduce their worries about how to health care of their infant. This study was aimed to assessment needs of parents of infants hospitalized in the NICU at discharge time.Methods:This study is a descriptive analytic study. The sample size was determined based on a pilot study of 92 patients. Data were collected through demographic information questionnaires of Mothers, fathers and neonates and a 56item questionnaire CCFNI. Using SPSS version 19, the index of central tendency and dispersion and paired ttest, data were analyzed and a significance level of 0/05 was considered.Results: Findings relating to discharge requirements showed from mothers point of view that need to feel confident was as the most important need (3/80± 0/21) and the need of support was the least important (3/24± 0/33). Results also showed between the total score domains of needs of mothers with a history of hospitalized infants in the NICU and infant rsquo;s diagnosis and the total score domains was significantly different (P=0/03).Conclusions: Identifying the needs of parents of newborn discharge process provides the medical staff with opportunity to focus on and meet the needs. In this study showed that, the most important need was the need to assurance so that meeting the needs of the parent rsquo;s reduces the risk of rehospitalization of neonate. On the other hand this increases the confidence of parents in the care of premature infants at home.
