تاثیر لباس مصور شده بر ترس بدو پذیرش درکودکان 6-3 سال

مقدمه : بستری شدن در بیمارستان باعث ترس کودکان می شود و این امر می تواند عامل مهمی در به تاخیر انداختن بهبودی آنان باشد. لباس پرستاران مکمل ارتباط غیرکلامی است و نقش اساسی در ساختن محیط کم استرس را دارد. کودکان روپوش های زنانه رنگارنگ را به لباس های سنتی ترجیح می دهند، بنابراین با توجه به این که ظاهر پرستاران در مراکز درمانی نقش مهمی در ایجاد حس اعتماد بیماران خصوصاً کودکان دارد شایسته است که پرستاران رنگ و طرح لباس خود را به گونه ای انتخاب نمایند که موجب جلب اعتماد و توجه کودکان شود. این مطالعه با هدف، تعیین تاثیر لباس مصور شده بر ترس بدو پذیرش درکودکان 6-3 سال انجام گردید.روش: این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی دو گروهه بود که بر روی 50 کودک 6-3 سال در بدو پذیرش در بخش اطفال بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) مشهد انجام گردید. کودکان واجد شرایط به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل به صورت تخصیص تصادفی ساده صورت گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر دو بخش جمع آوری شد. در بخش اول فرم، مشخصات فردی به صورت مصاحبه و با استفاده از پرونده کودکان تکمیل شد و در بخش دوم جهت بررسی ترس از ابزار خودگزارشی ترس (child fear scale) استفاده گردید.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد، میزان ترس در گروه کنترل بیشتر از لباس بوده است و این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود (p≤0.001).نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که مداخله با لباس مصور شده باعث کاهش ترس در کودکان شده است بنابراین جهت کاهش ترس کودکان استفاده از لباس مصور شده در بخش اطفال توصیه می شود.

The influence of the illustrated clothing on fear of admission in children aged 3 to 6 years

Introduction: Hospitalization causes children to be afraid,and this can be an important factor in delaying their recovery. Nurse's dress creates nonverbal communication and creates a low stressed environment . Children prefer colorful skirts to formal dresses . Therefore, considering that nurses' appearance in treatment centers plays an important role in creating a sense of trust among patients, especially children, it is advisable for nurses to choose the color and design of their clothes in a way that attracts children's trust and attention. The purpose of this study was to influence of the illustrated clothing on fear of admission in children aged 6 to 3 years.Methods: In randomized control trial at Imam Reza hospital of Mashhad, 50 children aged between 3 and 6 years old who were admitted and was divided into two groups of intervention and control by simple random assignment. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of two sections. In the first part of the form, the individual characteristics were completed by interview and using the children's case file. In the second part, the Child Fear Scale was used to examine the fear.Results: Findings showed that the level of fear was significantly higher in the control group than the intervention group and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.001).Conclusion: The study showed that the intervention with illustrated clothing reduces fear in children, therefore, it is recommended to use the illustrated clothing in the pediatric ward to reduce the child's fear.
